Something's always wrong here. In the last couple of months I've seen (1) no three pepper sauce on multiple occasions; (2) no fried products today and one other occasion; and (3) at least twice the drive thru register has been inoperable.
The two stars are for the five star people. The staff is always pleasant and reasonably efficient. The management, however, has gone off the cliff. It's as if this store is on a closure list.
Update: After leaving feedback at the listed website on the receipt I received two phone calls the next day from Arby's. One was from corporate to let me know that they take feedback seriously and would investigate. The second was from the Arby's area manager who filled me in on details of how the Knoxville area stores, previously franchises, are now back in corporate ownership. Upgrades to equipment such as registers and friers are causing some issues as the employees need to become comfortable and familiar with their operation. He ensured me that Arby's has been and will continue to make substantial investments in the area stores.

Read moreThe only reason that they need to take your name is because the managers want you to because if the customer leaves the front counter, or we are in lunch rush and there are a lot of customers in the lobby, how are we supposed to know who ordered the sandwich? and also if you come through at lunchtime it does get busy but there couldn't have been a 20 minute wait because I've worked through lunch-hour before and the longest ticket I've had through the drive thru was 10 mins and that was because they had to drop their onion rings. Also, between 12 and 2 ALL of the staff is in the front helping make sandwiches and they make them in the order that they come so yes if someone comes through the drive thru wanting 5 combos they make those sandwiches first, and on top of that, they have front line orders to complete as well, so please do not make assumptions or try and tell us how to do our jobs if you've never worked behind the counter...
