We ordered a variety of breakfast items to sample most of what the cafe had to offer. The Quiche Lorraine was probably at the bottom of the list… the crust was a little on the salty side and the eggs were far from what a traditional quiche and were more runny and not a very solid custard type texture, but the mornay sauce was delicious. My daughter raved over the Oeuf en Cocotte… the eggs were poached perfectly and the cheesy Gruyère potatoes were a perfect balance. If you’re really hungry and want something hearty, the Jambon Beurre is the way to go… it was equivalent to a 12 inch breakfast sub and was yummy… my other daughter ordered the croissant supreme and thoroughly enjoyed it… all breakfast entrees were served with fresh fruit and the glaze was perfect. So onto the not so healthy but o so delicious indulges we ordered. The Butterbeer crepes what you would exactly expect… They lived up to their expectation! The petite crepes were the classic Nutella and banana crepes many of us have grown to love, topped with fresh cream, strawberries and blueberries, and last but not least the almondine was amazing. Very much like a bear claw it had an amazing almost paste inside and the croissant was baked to perfection and was light and flaky. By far this breakfast experience was quite different from the other Harry Potter breakfast experiences. Our beverages we ordered were The Fraise, it was described perfectly in their description, a strawberry minty tea, definitely worth trying, the plum juice was also very yummy and refreshing, and you can’t forget the Butterbeer, always a winner… Try out the cafe for breakfast, you won’t be...
Read moreA waiter named Karl pulled us out of the register line and told us that we could only order drinks there. We had been in a long line for 10 minutes. He told us to sit at a table and someone would come by to take our order. We waited 20 minutes and nobody came by. We asked a passing waitress, who seemed confused. They told us to order at the register. This wasted another 15 minutes. The woman working the register didn't know their own meal options and was confused by basic questions. While waiting, we overheard two servers swearing (the F word, my daughter heard it too) while they were complaining about "VIP customers." The food was awful. Dry, overcooked, weird tasting. Reading the other reviews, it is clear our experience is not unique. Anyone working for Universal could spend one hour here eating their own dog food to get it. Listen to how your staff talks to each other, about the customers, and to your confused guests. My daughter loves Harry Potter more than anything. She planned this months in advance. We flew halfway across the country and spent thousands of dollars to come to this park, including this restaurant... Only to have your staff cussing openly, treating us like cattle, and not caring at all. She was totally heartbroken and wanted to leave the...

When you first enter, it's a first-come, first-served system. You choose your table and order via a QR code, and then your items are delivered to you. We opted to sit outside, so we could enjoy the weather and view. It didn't take long to receive our order. Once we tried the crepe, we understood the hype. The infusion of Butterbeer elevates the experience to another level. It was my first time trying a crepe, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The whipped cream really enhanced the dish for me as well. Overall, we loved it and would definitely...
