Pros: pizzas were delivered under 45 minutes (1/2 mile away). Was successful in ordering from establishment.
Cons: No pizza sauce(marinara) on either cheese or super supreme. No french fries( apparently they have fries now)
I started by calling this establishment here in Oak Ridge,Tn. Patrick Star quickly replies with a motivated request of Dine-in or Carry out. To which I reply I would like to have delivery. I then began to explain I would like the two medium anything topping pizzas for $6.99 a piece. The first to be a super supreme with light sauce, he begins to go Huh!? he starts to sound confused as if he is thinking it's illegal to put light sauce on a pie versus the normal amount. He assumed i have a speech impermanent and corrects me with"a White Sauce"? I retort with no sir, I would like for my pizza sauce to be light. It was at that moment I could hear him talking to someone else feeding him verbiage to retort back to me. We finally get the first pizza order/toppings in and then upon the second pizzas toppings explanation he quickly realized that he didn't punch in the crust type. So we backtracked to the first pizza as thin crust. Quietness set in and a faint voice in the background says yes that's thin and crispy. He comes back to the phone in preparations for the following pie, luckily it was a cheese pizza hand tossed. Next my kids wanted the wings and fries combo, alright almost done. He then requests the address in which we reply with so you know where the DT hotel is, in which Patrick star replies yes. Then again with a faint voice in the background asking someone else hey where's this hotel at. At that point the manager gets on the phone to gain the address of the hotel and room number. We give the proper info and they reply with should be about 35 minutes. Our food arrives and we're stocked. Only to be mildly dissatisfied, the super supreme had no pizza sauce, the cheese was placed on the bread first then the ingredients were placed on top. So everytime anyone picked up a slice of pizza every ingredient fell off into the box lol. Now I'm holding a piece of cheese bread. And no french fries arrived with the order.
Long story I know. But absolute hilarity.
The entire time I was talking to either Patrick Star and the manger all I could think of was SpongeGar and PatAr. Again, this wasn't the worst experience of my fabled travels, but by far one of the funnier phone orders.

Read moreSo today I made an order and they messed it up, they forgot to deliver my 4 drinks and also they accidentally sent breadsticks rather than the cheese sticks that I had ordered online. It’s not that big of a deal or anything but I just wanted to call to see if I could get a refund for the drinks I didn’t receive, but the guy on the phone told me that they won’t refund me for them because they got rang up already, even though I didn’t receive them at all. Like why should I have to pay for something that I didn’t receive at all?!?!? I completely understand it was an accident they didn’t deliver them but they should have at least refunded me the money I spent on them. I even told them not to worry about the fact they accidentally sent breadsticks rather than cheese sticks. And I don’t blame the employees at all, because I’ve worked in a restaurant before and I know that accidents happen, but I do blame management for not refunding me the money for the drinks I did not receive. I used to love this Pizza Hut here in oak ridge, but as of recently I’ve had a few bad experiences and I don’t know what happened to them. I placed an order online and received the confirmation, but when I arrived at the location, the door was locked (though I confirmed their hours, and a delivery vehicle pulled out as I arrived). I attempted to call the store and after ringing for a while it eventually transferred me to a corporate line. I advised them of the issue and they transferred me back to the store which rang for a bit before going to a busy line.
I then attempted to call the store again, but they hung up on me after 4 rings. I re-attempted, and they hung up on me after 2 rings.
I then called the pizza-hut corporate complaint line and they submitted to have my order refunded and a district manager reach out to me in 1-3 business days. At the end of the 3rd business day, I had still heard nothing and called the corporate line back. They advised someone would reach out to me, but it's been over a week since then...
