I ordered a pizza online tonight for my 4 yr old daughter and my youngest son ,I was supposed to get DOUBLE pepperoni and EXTRA cheese , I was cooking dinner for the rest of my family when my daughter and son started screaming and crying when there wasn't DOUBLE pepperoni and EXTRA cheese all I could tell them to get a piece and eat it anyway. I called the store and started to complain I asked to speak to the manager Brandon ,I was mad but not cussing he told me that he had been making pizzas for 6 months and no one had complained, he ordered me to lower my voice if I didn't he was going to hang up the phone and not help me he kept ordering me not to talk loud towards him . Brandon then told me that he could make another pizza for me but by this time my 2 children had already eaten a piece or 2 a piece so there was no sense for that, but I will bring it to the store and show you that it WASN'T made right when I got there I opened the box and and asked him is this the way you make a pizza with DOUBLE pepperoni and EXTRA cheese ,with a smart attitude he told me that I shouldn't have ate the pizza not concerned about the what I have went through with my 2 youngest children and trying to fixed dinner for my other 3 children I told them to eat it anyway as I was leaving the store I heard Brandon tell me F___ you so I basically got taken for $5.00 worth of extras that I didn't get and to beat it all the MANAGER Brandon tells me F____ you when you are a single parent and every dollar counts then get lied to and taken advantage of by the MANAGER Brandon because he has been making pizzas for 6 months and know one has complained.    Read moreMy husband received an onion and Italian sausage pizza 2 weeks ago that actually had 8 pieces of sausage on the entire pie. He too a picture of it and called to speak to the manager. The manager said it was unacceptable. He's in said the next time that he ordered a pizza to let Domino's know they owed us an Italian sausage and onion pizza. The manager said we did not need to send him the picture. So last weekend we ordered an Italian sausage and onion pizza and told the manager what the manager had told us previously about them owing us a pizza. The manager proceeded to tell us that there was no note on our account letting Domino's know to give us a free pizza. I spoke with the manager at length and she refused to give us a comp Pizza. I asked to speak with the district manager and as of today's date I have called four times asking for the district manager to call me and no one has returned my call. I know it doesn't matter to this manager at the Oakridge store if we never order pizzas from them again but I just think this was so wrong and the first manager should have left a note on our account because you're supposed to be able to put in a claim if your pizza is not right. So much for putting in a claim and receiving another pizza at no cost. But anyway they won't be getting our pizza orders in the future we're going to go...

I went to the 329 dominos in Oakridge first to get told I messed up on the location I ordered, no big deal I called and cancelled but the employee and the manager there was clearly annoyed with me. I ordered one order of cheese bread, I'm three months pregnant haven't ate all day due to nausea so I was on edge. But when my order was ready it was covered in oil, had a hair in it and it was basically tossed into the box. To avoid conflict I called back 1952 Dom's and told them what had happened in tears and this woman was so nice and understanding she was even going to comp my order for me but I insist on paying for it then she goes above and beyond and made me lava cakes. I'm in tears, so thank you for making my day better. I'll forever order only at 1952 oak ridge Domino's I will personally dive the extra four miles for better customer service and for better food service. ...
