Hi! I was a dasher last night, and picked up an order around 7:30pm last night, and the ladies that did night shift last night were absolutely the sweetest, it made me want to come this morning and get donuts and coffee. I have never ordered Dunkin’, besides one time and that was on DoorDash for myself. This morning was the first time- I’ve ever been there myself. Customer service was amazing, gave me the same energy as last night very helpful. Even though I wasn’t awake till after my first sip of coffee. I had the cookie butter cold brew- it was good! I like my coffee sweet! However it didn’t taste like cookie butter, it tasted like blue berry milk? But that is my fault I believe, I put like ALOT of cream and blue berry unsweet- flavoring. Cookie butter donut was Amazing! ONLY reason I’m giving the food 4 stars, is the app makes the hashbrowns LOOK so good!
However I tried just one while I was in the car, and it tasted like I was eating tobacco? It left a BITTER taste in my mouth, I couldn’t even swallow it was so inedible tasting. Taste like I just smoked a cigarette, it was so gross I kept gaging, and had to QUICKLY eject it from my mouth. Out of all the lovely potato groups— I have a love for all potato’s. Read moreSeems a bit understaffed. Staff is nice, sure, but nice does not equal out to professionalism. Many members aren’t completely familiarized with Dunkin standard recipes. They may leave out an ingredient or use more/less of one. I’ve had this happen on multiple occasions.
Got a hot chai last week, it was a little over an hour before close, they were not busy in the slightest, I arrived within 5 minutes of placing my order, and for some reason my hot drink was even cooler than room temperature? I did not complain (until now), because this is the quality of service that I’ve come to expect from this establishment.
It’s one of two drive-thru coffee spots in Oak Ridge, the other being Starbucks, so it does get pretty slammed in the AM. If you plan to arrive between 7am and 8am (especially if you’re a student) I recommend you place your mobile order twenty+ minutes ahead of time if you want it to be close to ready when you get there.
Also, to my fellow customers, PLEASE look at the name on your beverage instead of just grabbing one that looks like it might be yours. Staff is too scattered in the morning to keep track of who is taking what, and you’re just adding to the chaos. 🤦♂️ It’s not cute, you’re not funny/clever, please move somewhere else to watch the counter, so other people can get their drinks.

Read moreI've gone to Dunkin two days in a row and both times they have messed up my food. During the first visit, we went when they were not busy, had no wait for drive thru and was immediately helped. We began to order there was two of us so we ordered two drinks two sandwiches and tried to order a donut( they were out of) then instead tried for a muffin ( they were also out of) so we just got the two drinks and two sandwiches. During this order the employee taking our order kept saying "anything else" after everytime we added something to the order and sounded audibly annoyed, she was huffing and sighing, then you could hear an employee in the kitchen over the headset making comment about how we were ordering too much. Upon getting our stuff and leaving I opened my sandwich that was supposed to be a chicken bagel to just a bagel, we didn't receive a receipt (which is our fault for not asking) so we just decided not to try and get it fixed. Then the next day we went and ordered two sandwiches and two drinks again. This time I ordered a sausage bagel thinking they were possible out of chicken yesterday. To which I got a bagel and cream chesse. I think they may be training new employees or their current ones are burnt out either way quality control seems to be an issue. And the remarks the employees were making is also poor customer service. Probably will be staying away from this Dunkin...
