Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Good stuff! Haven't had a donut in a while so I decided to get a chocolate covered Boston Kreme one. Yummy. Also had the frozen mocha drink, excellent. Clean place inside. Got taken care of right away and crew member was really nice....I have to edit my review after today's visit. My visit to Dunkin today was not very good. The food was terrific as usual. I had the chocolate covered donut, always fresh and soft. However, when I walked in, I felt like I was basically ignored. I was the only one there and do understand the drive-thru was busy. There were three employees. Two walked right by me behind the counter without even saying "We'll be right with you." So I just stood there, only one in the store. I walked in with a mask and just waited. One girl finally came, looked at me, said something unintelligible and immediate walked away before I could open my mouth. A little while later I was about to leave when a second girl looked at me and seemed to wonder what I was doing there. She finally asked if she could help me and I asked about the Veteran's special for a free donut. She prepared the donut I wanted and said she had to go ask the manager. After a few minutes, she finally gave me the donut and said have a good day. I had planned to get a bagel twist and a mocha drink. I put the credit card back in my wallet as I was walking out with just my donut. Not sure I'll go back there. That really bugged me. I know we have more important things happening in the world, but this put a dampner on my day....

Gave this place a try due to receiving some coupons in the mail. Heard their coffee was watered down but decided to judge for myself. I ordered a medium hot dark roast coffee. The lady at the second window was kind. We were in conversation so I didn’t noticed that she gave me a small instead of a medium. When I got home , I called and explained the situation . I was told to come in for a replacement . I went back today and this time I went inside . It was a horrible . Everyone was running around like there was a fire . No one as the front register and this woman (who I assumed was the manager) shouted , sorry for the wait as you can see we’re super busy. Mind you there was only four cars in the drive thru. It took about 6ish mins for someone to finally come to the front . I explained what happened and the woman looked like she didn’t care. She got a coffee and Rudely said “anything else ?”. I left because this place was trash. You could taste how watery and old the coffee was . I will never go...

This is easily the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve been to. Visited 12/26 at 12pm. The interior was disgusting with old leftover food all over the floors and tables. It definitely had not been cleaned all day and as a result there was nowhere sanitary to sit. The employees had apparently locked the doors in hopes this would deter customers from entering. As a result other customers were forced to let others in. The lady working had no clue how to run any of the coffee machines and kept asking the drive thru employee for help. Half of our order was forgotten and it took me 15 extra min to grab her attention to ask for the rest. When I asked for a water at this point (I’d been standing for nearly 30 min at this point since no clean seats) I was surprised at the need to pay and then she commented at my attitude and said I should have been more effective at grabbing her attention. Never an apology or sign of sincerity. Terrible customer service, terrible indoor seating area, adequate food. Will...
