Burger King — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I ordered a Whopper w/cheese meal, 2 chicken sandwich meals and Oreo milkshake. We were the only customers there other than two older women eating together. The cashier was very nice and friendly and while we waited on our food we went to fill out drink cups. Right away I noticed 4 employees sitting and standing near fountain machine just talking. The fountain machine area had soda all over it to the point it was splashing onto the floor. Ice was also in both places. I'm just gonna go ahead and assume the reason there was no napkins,straws,lids or ketchup there where it normally should be is because of Covid-19. We get our food and as I am looking for a place for us to sit I notice that there is not one single table in there clean, NOT ONE! So I clean off a table for us to sit and eat but my whopper was so old and had been sitting that bottom bun was hard to the point I flipped it and sounded like cardboard. I took the lettuce off my daughter's chicken sandwich as it did not look fresh. The fries were fresh and the milkshake was good but I will not go back to that location. So many employees standing around doing nothing when clearly things needed to be done and the quality of food was very poor. I threw mine away. I was there around 3pm on Saturday. This is an update: went through drive thru and ordered 5 whopper meals and they have no drink holders at all so I had to figure out where to sit all the drinks in my car. All of the whoppers had on them was 1 pickle,onion and tomato, NOTHING ELSE!! I was charged for a whopper junior I never ordered and it wasn't in the bag either. All the food was cold and disgusting. SCARY NIGHT MANAGER BEWARE BURGER KING LOVERS. I have never in my life been treated the way I was treated at Burger King tonight I went thru the drive thru n got some bacon n cheese whoppers one being with Swiss and as soon as the food was handed to me I immediately told the lady that the one with Swiss was to be with no condiments and so she got me another whopper only to go park and see that it had everything once again except mayo so I go back thru the drive thru to tell them we wanted it with no condiments not just minus the mayo she proceeds to tell us to hang on only for the manager to come to the window very aggressively accusing us of coming thru the drivethru three times which we absolutely did not do n I mean this man acted like he just wanted to fight my friend and so I I nicely told the man that we only came thru the one time and then that time and he rudely said if u told her no condiments then there would have been no condiments I don’t think I have ever been so insulted in my entire life and so afraid this man was going to come out of the Burger King window on me I’ve never been so scared for my life. The food is probably the best thing to this place in my opinion. The staff are arrogant and very “know it all” type. Takes 20+ minutes after you order to get your food. It’s fresh so I can’t complain much. But it’s watching the employees treat there customers. It’s terrible! I saw a female employee give attitude to an older gentleman who was waiting longer than I did. I’m not the Karen type by no means. However. I was super disappointed in my service against them having a store. Lots of pressure but these “17 year old” female employees have consistently shown to have a attitude towards there customers!
