To say I am highly disappointed with this establishment would undermine how upset I am with the service. The cashier (1st window-older African American women) rung my order wrong. When I got to the window the rep tried to hand me an order that was not mine. I realize when I reviewed my receipt it was incorrect. I told the young men and he said this is her 3rd time ringing up the wrong order. The older African American woman manager came to the window (not friendly or had any type of leadership skills) basically blame me for not hearing her repeat my order. Stating she repeating multiple times which was incorrect. She was sitting down and said it once and started to continue to ring up other orders. To add I was in a SUV. So if she was seating and I am in a higher vehicle it was hard to hear her. Additionally the cashier came to the 2nd window and join the manager to make me seem wrong for her mistake. I inform the manager to just correct my issue why go back and forth to make me wrong. Especially if this her 3rd time. She should have done what most leaders do and ensure customer satisfaction. Not allow the cashier to leave her job post to join her in attacking me. This could have been a coachable moment for the employee. Yet she preferred to display an attitude and roll her eyes and take my card to correct. I tried to explain to her that if she has done this 3 times maybe she needs to change her approach. Yet the manager continue to be aggressive and blame me. They ask me to move forward. Moments later she came with my order. She Did not apologies for her attitude or her employees mistake. No empathy at all. To say the worst service ever is an understatement. The manager needs additional leadership and customer service training. The employee needs training as well on customer satisfaction. Never make the customer feel attack from an employee mistake or a mistake in general. Note: I am an African American as well.    Read moreTerrible terrible service every single time I come here it's the absolute worse worst experience ive ever gotten and the young female manager with the curly hair is extremely rude and disrespectful when I was ordering food at the drive thru they had alot of attitude and kept making very back handed comments they kept complaining about how much food I ordered saying things like are you done yet ? And telling theyre coworkers in the back things like damn they wont hurry tf up SEVERAL TIMES.... until they told me to come to the window and order the rest at the window After paying for my food i was sitting waiting for the rest of the order when the overly rude manager asked me what else I was waiting for before I could say anything she cuts me off with the most attitude and says "if you need anything else your going to have to pay for it i already put everything in the bag" insinuating that i would be lying about all the items i received to get more. I offered to give her back the bags she had already handed me so she could look for herself she DECLINED my offer and told me to wait at the 3rd window After telling her I was missing a whole meal after 10 mins she comes back and the fries and drink are still missing when I asked for her name to write this review she refused to give it to me and ran away from the window

My food was cold items were missing and manager was rude even tried to fight me because I asked for the manager above her to have my complaint solved.she said OK and never did. My husband and I sat and waited over 45 minutes and asked multiple times for her to call the store manager or a supervisor over her She even claimed to be the store manager and was not and told me she didn't care about their systematic error that caused me to miss items and refused to remake my cold food even though she realized that the error was on their end and my food was cold. When I asked for her name so that I could report the issue to corporate she refused to give me her name. I have most of the incident recorded and will be following up with corporate.
