Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I am truly saddened to see the quality of management decline at chipotle. The food is delicious and always has been. Unfortunately management is severely lacking interpersonal skills and its clear she is not ready to manage because she (who i won’t say to protect her privacy) is unable to remedy mistakes chipotle has made. All other staff members are very nice and pleasant and i am always treated with the utmost respect. This particular occasion i made an order of 4 entrees and it came by delivery to my house. The receipt on the bag had my correct information and the tin lids to the bowl had the correct orders on them but the food in the actual bowls was incorrect. When i called chipotle to make them aware the manager had an attitude and said “well this one time i am going to remake your bowls and you can pick them up because i want you to have a good experience with chipotle” ok i replied and hung up. When i arrived to the chipotle i brought my bag and lids with me to present to her she was immediately defensive and said “yes, we are remaking this it’s being done now” and rolled her eyes and walked away. THEN she proceeded to walk through the restaurant yelling “make sure you get Amanda’s order correct” several times. She was rude and loud with the other employees and other customers. She is not fit to be manager and she was disrespectful to Everyone in the restaurant, she needs to be demoted or removed from the restaurant all together. Or trained in commmunications/customer service or sent for anger...

I was highly disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle. I was served by the nicest new employee, who’s name I unfortunately did not get but she was a short black girl with glasses. She was so sweet and patient with me and made me the most delicious burrito but she was not the issue. My issue was with Alondra, Hispanic girl with glasses. This girl was talking so much smack about the black girl saying how she didn’t know how to roll a burrito and how she forgot to mention to her that the tortilla is extra and doing all of this in front of me and another customer but the worst part was her talking all of this crap about the new girl to another co worker but in Spanish so the black girl wouldn’t understand. I speak Spanish and that’s why it upset me so much. How can you talk bad about your co worker in another language and in front of customers basically belittling this new girl just because she doesn’t do things perfectly yet. She pretty much was a mean girl. This leaves a lot to say about how your experienced employees treat the new ones. Please give my recognition to the black girl with the glasses, she really was so sweet. I really hope you give her this recognition because I want her to know that her hard work doesn’t go un noticed. We usually order food for pick up and most recently for delivery. I can pretty accurately say that we’ve never gotten a correctly filled order at this chipotle restaurant. It’s always missing something. When we go to pick it up we always have to double check it and there’s always something missing out of the order. Twice we’ve ordered a kids taco meal for delivery with chocolate milk and fruit and twice they didn’t send the chocolate milk and fruit. The first time we didn’t want to make a fuss so we just accepted it. The second time we called them at the restaurant. They took forever to answer. When they answered they put us on hold for a long time then they answered as if it was the first time. We explained the issue to someone who kept needing us to repeat our name and the reason we were calling. After all that, all they said was that they’d give us a free kids meal the next time we went in which is probably bs because how are we supposed to prove we were told this on the phone if we go in in the future? Bottom line is the customer service is pretty bad here. It’s like they have no idea what they’re doing. They haven’t got a clue how to fill an order correctly. Ever. Never getting food from this...
