I am not one to write a review that offen. It normally happens when I receive exceptional service or service so bad that I need to write about it. My wife and I visit this location very often because we consider it one of our lunch spots close to our jobs. So my wife arrived a bit early so she places our order. A bowl for her and a side salad and soup for me with two coffees. We waited and our name was called. We picked up our food but was missing the soup. My wife went up to the counter where they place your food and asked for the soup. She was directed to the ordering station. She asked the young lady if the soup was going to come out. She looked at my wife with a blank stare and said I will check. My wife cam back to eat her lunch. About 5 minutes later nothing ! so my wife went back up and spoke to her once again asking for the soup and once again the young lady said something unlegedgeable. My wife cam back to the table and about 5 minutes later the same young lady came to the table and asked if we still wanted the soup ???????? my wife responded yes my husband would like to eat. She replied then you need to pay for it. We both looked at her in confusion. We placed the order and paid for it and did not receive our whole order. We grabbed our receipt and looked and noticed that she only charged us for the side salad when it clearly shows that we ordered You pick 2. My wife went back to the order desk and let the young lady know that she should be more careful when taking a customers order and pointed out that she only charged us for one coffee also. The young lady got offended, and walked away and then my wife had another young lady ( Emily) in her face telling her her she should not talk to her that way then three other employees came over to watch what was going on. My wife explained that everyone makes mistakes but over and over when all we wanted to do was have lunch. Emily got snappy and they is when I got involved and asked my wife to take the credit card out of the machine and please cancel the soup. Emily said FINE, I asked Emily if I could speak to a manager and I was told I am the manager. I said great may I have your name and a number to speak your manager.....My name is Emily and I will not provide you with my last name or a phone number. You can call corporate. I said great thank you. We went back and didn't even finish what we ordered. Well I guess is safe to say that we will no longer be going to Panera for lunch. You know the old saying you tell more people about your bad experiences then the few good ones you receive. Shame on you Paners for not training your people.    Read moreMy friend, my wife and myself have been regular customers at this location since it opened, on a weekly basis, and we have seen how the quality of this establishment has dropped in the last year. From broken wobbling tables for weeks, smelly carpet, getting incomplete orders, just about every time we order, to workers putting their feet on the counter while patrons wait behind them (yes, I am pretty sure it is on camera), and employees off the clock hanging out and putting their feet on the seats. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but, after seen all that today and the fact that they got my order wrong again, I HAD ITđŹ. We asked for a Chicken Thai salad to go, they placed it in a bowl, then I get home to find out there was NO CHICKEN in the salad and the Cappuccino was more milk than coffee. If they would just stop hiring so many immature employees that all they do is get distracted by the ones off the clock and have managers that pay more attention to these frequent mishaps maybe, and then maybe this location would return to the original standard service that the other Panera Bread establishments have and people have always loved, for their quality, tranquility, great food and service, a place to enjoy a good meal, to relax, study or do business, not a street...
   Read moreTerrible manager! I complained because I paid 6 bucks for what is already a small mango smoothie. But when I got it, it was lacking considerably. See pic. So I complained and demanded for a more full cup which is what I paid for. The woman behind the counter explained that those are the portions, that they are only required to make it up to the first line. (Which wasnât even at first line). I said I disagree it is too empty. I asked to speak to a manager and she sarcastically said âhi, how May I help you?!â After my meal I asked another employee if there was another manager and spoke to him. There is no need to speak to a customer like that! I proceeded to place a to go order. Sure enough the issue manager served the soup and set it aside. Server someone else, and then waited a moment just to plop the order on the counter, and walked away. VERY RUDE! So I told her she has terrible customer service. She should find a different job I said. She then proceeded to argue with me and give me more rude remarks! Unbelievable!!! The food is mediocre and expensive, and on top of that terrible service?!?! ...
