TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Oakdale

How can you make a sandwich wrong and say, "Sorry, I made it right," and refuse to remake a sandwich because it was ordered through grubhub. Even if Im wrong, why couldn't you remake my sandwiches if i brought the bad ones back? And why so much pepper? lol, I choked, "So good job on that, haha." Everything that was clicked on was supposed to go on the sandwich, not off. it was a plus sign, not a minus. Idk. But bad customer service. Bad Bad Bad. Don't work in customer service if you dislike people or your job. The sandwich sucked even more. Fast forward to the next day. The general manager, James, gave me a call and made everything right. Customer service is huge for me. He made me want to stay a customer. I love togos sometimes. So cool. Thank you. Got my remade sandwiches 7/16, and they were OK. Honestly, a ridiculous amount of avocado spread. Every bite a glob came out 🥑 but pretty tasty. I tried the Brewpub chicken. My son got turkey avocado. I truly believe now that I should just go in and have my sub made in front of me. Then, there would be no complaints and perfect sandwich to my liking. Very tasty, tho. The 5 stars is for the food. My friend n I went there yesterday. There was 3 workers. There was 1 guy being helped before we walked in. My friend orders and I waited for the 2 workers to finish with the guy before us. Well, they finish with him, n then they both walked in to the back. lol. We asked where they went n the kid said in the back. Anyways, I waited for him to finish my friend’s sandwich. I was really looking forward to a hot #9. The kids says, oh your gonna have to wait, we don’t have any out. lol. I had already waited 10 mins to make my friends sandwich and didn’t feel like waiting much longer. So I said the roast beef is fine. Now most places when I ask for American cheese it’s white and nothing special. The kid says I’m gonna have to charge you extra for the cheese. I’m like ok what ever. So no pastrami and get charged extra for cheese in the mean time the 2 workers come back n asked my friend if he had been helped. Lmao. Anyways, food was awesome, but...

Togo's will always be my favorite sandwich shop. Every time I am in an area that has one, I instantly go there. Hot #7's and #9's are the best! Actually, anything there is amazing. I actually worked at Togo's as a teen. It was a great atmosphere, the customers were happy to be there, and it was just a really great experience! When you walk in, the smell is Heaven. Lol! There aren't many tables for seating when you do find a location with seats. The one in Washington doesn't, (if I remember correctly) it just has a counter. If you travel to California, they are sparsely scattered in the Bay Area. If you find one, I would definitely check it out. I moved out of state, so there is only 1 Togo's where I live. It's approximately 100 miles away, and I would drive to pick it up to satisfy my craving! To me, Togo's is like the staple...
