Wendy's — Restaurant in Oakdale

TLDR seemed to purposely get my order wrong and was agressive and VERY unfriendly.

The drive thru attendant seemed to be maliciously trying to irritate me; then when I got to the window; the guy was being VERY unfriendly and aggressive. I had a bad feeling that my order would be purposely done wrong; I get the order and open it and it looks so unappealing and doesnt look anything like what I ordered and the cheese wasnt even melted. I asked whats supposed to be on it; he looks at it and says whats on it like im going to believe him. I go in and it was supposed to have bacon and onions and when I asked them to put them on, they said they were out of onion... why wouldnt you tell me that at the window? I told them just give me a refund because I was so fed up with the horrible serice. HORRIBLE experience. Just lost the business owner revenue and a customer. Went through the drive-thru at 10 minutes before midnight. The lights were on inside and employees were in there. Drove up to the drive-thru window and was ignored. Got to the window itself had to knock on it and a young man open the window and said we're closed. I said it's not midnight. He said rudely we're closed. I asked why are you closed if it's not midnight? That's all I have to tell you, we're closed and slammed the window shut. We could see in the establishment and they were currently making food. The rudest experience I've ever had at a Wendy's establishment and I won't go back. He is not worth the $20 an hour he will is...

This is the cleanest, neatest, friendliest, Wendy's that I've ever been to. The service was fast, and friendly, which is saying something since my boyfriend and I were simply passing through from out of town. We were made to feel like we had been coming there to eat for years.

The food was hot, the chocolate Frostys were great, the french fries were deliciously fresh and crisp, and the lettuce in the salad I had wasn't limp or going brown around the edges as it so often does.

If we pass through Oakdale again we will definitely be stopping there for...
