HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived (early) to get my order I was rushed out the door (it was close to closing time) to find my order was COMPLETELY incorrect. I tried to call but the calls were unanswered. I took pictures of what I received to share with them the next day. I ordered 2 pounds of beef for tacos and 2 packs of tortillas and paid over $40, which included a small beverage and a snack for my daughter. Anyways, I received 2 packs of tortillas, 5 beef tacos and 2 shredded meat tacos. I called in the morning to inform them of the mistake and the woman i spoke with asked me if I had the food. I told her of course not as my family was hungry and she told me if the order was wrong we shouldnt have eaten it. I wonder if their goal would be to recycle the food ? She told me to come to the store and we disconnected the call. Less than 5 minutes later I received a confrontational call from Mia who told me she checked the camera and I received my food and yes the camera would show that I recieved food but it does not show which food I received. I went to the store with the storage containers from the food given the night before. There were customers inside so I waited for them to leave before speaking with them about my problem. While I was waiting, Mia was speaking loud and free about how she felt about me. Complete lack of professionalism. I let her know it was me who she was speaking of and she came to speak with me. I showed her the food and she apologized then said they can only give me one pound of beef and that I would need to pay for it. The conclusion of the whole mess was Mia pays 1 pound and I pay the other pound but I only receive one pound and the cashier said this was the decision of the owner. Logically, I should have been given the order I wanted yesterday and if Mia was to pay for her mistake, she should have paid the 7 tacos. My wife loves tacos and we have tacos atleast twice a week but unless its the last option, we most likely wont be...
Read moreApparently u can not order Take out and change your mind and eat your food there and dine in!! My Husband and I ordered on Easter Sunday we got there and it was packed ! so we just decided to take it to go because they said the wait would be an hour. We ordered our food and 30 mins later we saw a table had opened up so we asked the girl behind the counter if we can we sit down instead she said no problem well bring your food to you .....But I guess it was a HUGE problem another girl saw that we sat down and said I thought you ordered to go and now your food is ready and we said BUT we changed our minds and a table is open now ..the girl we asked never spoke up for us and magically disappeared. And this petty tattle tale went to the manager and the manager told us to get our food and take it to go ....I have never been treated so poorly in this place as I had that day we go to the Tortilleria maybe 4 X's a months for take out ... we CONTINUED to go there even though they make countless mistakes with our orders because the food is good. But they have lost our Business because they were soo rude to us that day ....the Place is waaay too Crowded in the market area people are slow with the orders and very rarely get your phone order correct.. They need to make some management changes because the girls are over worked and they are disgruntled and that day was not a good Customer Service day for them. we Spent allot of money at this place but not anymore I used to recommend this place all the time that has ended people talk and word of mouth gets around.......CHECK YOUR BAGS...
Read moreThis Mexican is So Disappointed!! This place was good when the owners were involved. Back 98-99-2005, they cared about their food...now they're just as bad as Tequila Sunrise...yuck.! No longer authentic!! We took our friends on Sunday. What a disappointment , AGAIN!! Our food was tasteless, my quisadillia was horrible. The Salvadorian on Prospect makes a better Mexican quisadillias & serves it nicely with goodies..SHAMEFUL! The chip salsa looked store bought jar & was Tasteless. I asked for authentic salsa in Spanish, she brought Pico de gallo. In May my Tejano primos wanted an authentic Mexican breakfast. Huge COSTLY mistake! What Mexican restaurant doesn't have papitas??? They served Fn rice!!! Coffee?? The moment we walked in Silvia waitress asks, "café con leche", my Texan cousins who don't know abt this Coffee answered yes, a $4+ "cafe con leche" was served 4x. They didn't like it & asked for American coffee. There was a small convo abt the differences, Silvia still charged us. Restaurants in SFL ask, "coffee? Coffee for all"? She knew exactly what she was doing. My primo said, That's the most expensive Mexican breakfast ever, in Tx we both can eat a full breakfast for $17. Our bill was over $85 for a Mx Breakfast!!! We will never return!! La Raza will NoT put up...
