Unfortunately I have to give this store 1 star. I was on vacation and needed some herbs, tarot cards (left mine on the plane) and was looking for some travel crystals. I had a hard time finding this place and when I did finally find it I had 10 minutes to shop. I knew what I needed so I didn't think it was going to be a problem. As I passed the register by the door on my way in I was confronted by a young lady with short hair telling me that I would have to leave.she was closing early. I then told her I traveled all the way from Cincinnati and was in dire need and would only be a few moments. She proceeded to lie and tell me she had a family emergency and when I told her that was fine I would leave she changed her mind and allowed me just enough time to only grab a book while saying she needed to watch the videos while on the phone. As I checked out she repeated over and over again that she did not mean to be rude but everyone had to go. This poor young witch asking for help from the young lady at the register was basically shoved out the door it was the most unwelcome I have ever felt in a metaphysical store in my whole 15 years...

First time I went to my sisters was great. The last two times I went were not the best the Cristal I got from a couple months ago which was blue. I believe it was. lapis lazul ended up turning white last time I went. I wanted to quickly exchange an item I purchased a ring for $20 paid then, as I received my receipt I told the woman I would like to exchange the ring for a crystal bracelet of the same price. she took a super long time held up multiple customers. Just so she could make a return give me back my money And then take my money again and print a whole new receipt. It was just very confusing and did not make much sense And The vibe was off. Funny thing was the owner or manager, other woman. And had told her you could’ve just gave it to him. It’s worth the amount. All in all I like mystic Sisters, but my last visit was quite weird. I definitely will be stopping by again. Hope my next visit is a lot better also, it seems like The bracelets and some stones fade overtime. I’m curious if you guys dye them I’d...

i really liked this place. this was the first crystal shop i went to. they have a wide selection of stones and crystals and other spiritual things for a decent price. the interior is nice, cozy home feel with an amasing smell. i got about six stones, all in total for just under $20. there was only one employee. she was nice and friendly. the downside is that is it very far away. in a very secluded part of town. downside: it's a bit hard to find when new to area. it is definitely sketchy. a sketchy man was sitting outside in the back. you have to enter from the back and park in the back. it is not the best when it comes to parking and bus-- if travel by bus you will have to walk up the block to get to it a bit. the area is quite dead. the pros do outweigh the cons to me and if i am ever in the area again; i'd love to shop there again. it's quite a lonely area so if you go, go with company or be much on guard of surrounding.if alone, go when it is still...
