dated, beyond reasonable; built probably in 80s, last renovated seems 20-25 yrs ago checks boxes, but not functional kitchen under-equipped, few cup, plates, pots, cutlery hood fan filter clogged, not cleaned/changed in appliance lifetime, cannot serve its purpose dishwasher filter in similar disgusting state, loud when on there's AC, but it's soo loud and old that it better be left alone AC vents seem dusty electrical outlets falling apart linoleum flooring, scratched from moving furniture and appliances bathroom is in worst condition bathroom fan turns on with the light, no option to turn on the light only bathroom fan is as loud as an industrial appliance, noise is similar to standing next to an AC installation, wakes up everyone at night said bathroom fan doesn't do anything because it's clogged bath tub stained and unpleasant to step in turning on shower faucet is even louder than the bathroom fan, but lots of pressure fill tub in a couple of minutes shower water pressure is low caulking around tub, sink, and vanity seems at least 20 years old, appeard moldy, unpleasant persistent smell of detergent and old motel / carpet could not use laundry, payment app and machines not working; cleaning staff was kind and started washing machines and dryer for us using their accounts train track nearby, not an issue during the day with short passenger trains passing, but more so at night with longer cargo (and noisier) trains passing every hour or more often no management on site at check-in, 2PM, or at any other time check in instructions didn't contain gate PIN, had to contact management via booking messenger to obtain it management responds to messages, but does not take any concrete action I will not...

Apartment was very well cleaned. We booked for 5 people but were only given 2 rags but plenty of towels. The area was mostly quiet, you’d only hear the train around 8 or 9 pm. I spotted only one or two roaches. Beds were comfortable for the price I paid. One suggestion would be complimentary coffee for the coffee machine. Maybe a welcome card along with bottled water and a small fruit basket thanking guest for booking. The WiFi wasn’t as strong as it should’ve been and the television could’ve had a company Netflix account because some guest may forget to log out of their personal accounts. For older guest I would suggest a better bathroom solution because it was kind of hard for my mom to step in and out the shower due to how high you had to step to get into the shower. Many guests were leaving the gate to the complex open although it’s supposed to stay locked which could lead to people who doesn’t actually stay there easy access. Overall I would rate...

Our stay at The Victor Apartments was overall satisfactory. The apartment provided everything we needed for our holiday, including essential amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and TVs.

The bedrooms were generously sized, as was the living room, offering ample space for relaxation.

However, our experience was marred by some peculiar occurrences. On multiple occasions, the TVs and even the lights turned on by themselves, which was unsettling, especially since we were staying with our 1-year-old baby.

We're unsure if this was due to a malfunction within the apartment or if someone outside was tampering with the electronics.
