Before anything, I am exercising my right for freedom of speech. You people that come into the store are a heavy load and most of the time, come in here not even knowing what to order and much less HOW to order. For the same person who wrote something about the AirPods, I’m glad you’re aware of your surroundings, however, they’re in my ears for medical reasons by which are none of yours or anyone’s concern. Cashiers make mistakes and it comes down to softly addressing the discrepancy and that’s it. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. The way some of you people actually speak to strangers that service you is beyond my own mind. You need to be considerate of the fact that we are severely understaffed and that’s something that is being addressed as we speak. Things do get lost in communication and it happens. Simple mistake are made like pouring regular instead of decaf or giving the wrong donut. It’s the overreaction that you people give is what makes it a lot more complicated. Learn to appreciate the service that is given and provided to you. and if it still poses a problem, then there are several other Dunkin’s...

While the people who work here are nice enough, and the quality of food is relatively the same across all Dunkins, their unwillingness to help is frustrating. I purchased a gift card today to sign up for DD Perks, I grabbed one from their pile of cards and paid to load it. 5 minutes later I realized the card didn’t have a pin on it and so DD Perks wouldn’t let me use it, and so I went back to the line to get a different one. They said they haven’t sold the card I purchased in a long time, and that someone must have put it there. They refused to help me get a regular card and instead said that I either had to call customer service (whom I waited on the phone for 45 minutes trying to contact) or buy a new card (aka pay twice the amount i originally wanted to). Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve worked in retail before, and there is no reason I should have to deal with the consequence of them not cleaning up after...

Love this location even tho some people don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s a bad place I go here everyday and all the workers men and women and young girls are super sweet to me and get my order right everytime some people are just jealous that theirs such beautiful girls working there people should learn to be more grateful if people were too fast at making your food or drink it will come out wrong if u don’t like the place doesn’t mean other people won’t like it just go somewhere else then. Remember at the end of the day it’s just food and drink people should start focusing are more serious matters than wasting time out of their day to complain about employees seriously people have literally nothing else better to do than to complain about someone’s pace.
