Always checks your bill. The price on the menu wasn’t updated and you yourself are expected to read the note about the price differences somewhere on the entrance door. Our bill was different to the price on the menu. When i asked the server why she didnt inform us about some items on the menu are different, she said the price changes everyday and she couldn’t remember every single thing or know which one is changed to remind us. First: we didn’t expect her to remember every single price on the menu, but it’s your job to give us the most updated menu or kindly verbally inform us if you know some of the price on the menu is different (you do know price changes everyday, right?). Second, they put a very small note from the inside of the door which you can see on your way out. We DONT MIND if the price change due to inflation or pandemic,etc. But it’s really make no sense to just leave a tiny note there and expect/assume customers looking for it in bunch of advertisement on the way in and read it. Why didnt you put that note right ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE MENU or verbally inform customers??

Reply to the ower’s response: as we mentioned earlier that we totally UNDERSTAND how the price changes and that is not what we complaining about. I hope you understand that many restaurants get affected by the market price and changed the price on the menu, but none of them did the way you did: gave an old menu with much lower price, leave a small note on the door and expect customers to know the price on the menu is way...

If I could give less than a star I would, first time coming here, to try it out..what a mistake,wait staff was taking more care of the orders to take out that they have, than the actual customers that they actually have eating at the table including myself, definitely unexpected and rude I literally have to constantly call the waitress just to try to place my order.... service was horrible during the course of my meal,and to finish it badly guess what they tried to overcharge me an outrageous amount of money for food that I didn't order, when I ask what happened the waitress told me also that the prices of the menu items are old, not updated, so I was like how am I supposed to know that ????? That was ridiculous first time happened to me, they literally attempt to basically scam me , wow I couldn't believe it....well I guess first and last time in this place and one advice make sure you check your bill.... prices may not match from the"Menu"...if you know what I mean..... have...

I used to always go to this place during high-school. Came back with a friend during a collage break. The service was unbelievably bad. The entire place was empty besides one table that was a three top of elders. The guy was on the phone and basically just shushed us and pointed towards a spot. My friend decided to use the bathroom & the manager/guy ran over to take the order. I gave him the apps and he kept repeating the order wrong. I had to keep correcting him. I don’t mind doing that because of language barriers but it’s the fact he got it all wrong anyways. Drinks took 25 minutes to come out. We ate all our apps before he got us our waters. Then after we ate everything from apps to entrees. Pretty much about to ask for the check. Then he decides to bring out the fried rice that Ive asked for 3 times.
