Homeroom has truly set the bar high when it comes to creating a remarkable dining experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance. The combination of cozy decor, soft lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease.
The menu at Homeroom is a testament to their dedication to comfort food done right. As a self-proclaimed mac and cheese enthusiast, I was overjoyed to find an extensive selection of delectable macaroni and cheese dishes. Each dish had its own unique twist, showcasing a creative blend of flavors and textures.
I opted for the classic Homeroom Mac, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The gooey blend of artisanal cheeses hugged each al dente macaroni noodle, creating a rich and velvety mouthful with every bite. The balance of savory and creamy was impeccable, leaving me craving more.
What truly sets Homeroom apart is their commitment to accommodating various dietary preferences. As a vegetarian, I was delighted to find an entire section of the menu dedicated to plant-based options. The Vegan Truffle Mac stole the show with its luscious cashew-based cheese sauce and earthy truffle essence. It's a dish that can please even the most discerning palates.
The attentive and friendly staff at Homeroom further enhanced the dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu, providing insightful recommendations and ensuring that every guest felt well taken care of. The service was prompt and efficient, allowing me to savor my meal without any unnecessary delays.
The overall ambiance, mouthwatering dishes, and impeccable service make Homeroom a standout culinary destination. Whether you're seeking a cozy date night or a casual gathering with friends, Homeroom is the place to be. Prepare to indulge in a symphony of flavors that will leave you with unforgettable memories.

Read moreWe live about a block away and have mixed feelings about them as a restaurant, a take away place and as a neighbor. It is a VERY popular location and has that had feeling about it. The place is often crowded and they spill over into their two sidewalks so much so that it is sometimes hard to just walk past. We sometimes walk in the street to get around their clients. At the pickup location the stopped cars often block the street in both directions. The food is good, but not as good as the price is high. We still order it when we want to have a treat, but don't make a habit of it. One of the good things is that they have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan versions of most of their offering. I have never seen anyone get a meal that they reacted negatively to for the taste. The portions are generous enough, so there are no complaints there either. The service gives us pause. I was there last week and got a pile of patronizing sh!t from a young man who could not be bothered to look up our order. What he did not know, and arrogantly did not ask, was that I had not placed the order and was picking up for my partner. The presumptive attitude and lack of listening is typical there. Did I say that they are very popular? Expect that kind of attitude. Part of our order was so late that my partner was able to join me before it was ready. Of course some of the common items were getting cold. I consider that a bit armature and also not a surprise. Another aspect of their service that also gives us pause is the narrow demographic of the wait staff. This company has gone on radio to laud their zero tollarance sexual harassment policy. That is great. Less great is that it seems to be a requirement for the server job to be good looking, young and wearing tight clothes. Most wait staff is hot, young women, attractively dressed. Otherwise it is a diverse staff, mostly Latin in...
Read moreI love Mac N Cheese!! Unsurprisingly, I had been meaning to come to Homeroom and trying some of their Mac for a while. I was not disappointed!!
It had a very nice set-up with lots of outdoor seating available. Everything inside and out was very clean and inviting. They also had QR codes at all the tables so that you could order and pay off of your phone, and then the servers would bring over whatever you ordered, as well as some water and glasses. I wish the water came with ice, although they brought a cup of some when I requested.
Some of the macaroni entrees were pretty pricey, although I got the Gilroy Garlic Mac N Cheese, which was around $12 and labeled on the menu as one of their most popular ones. I could see why after eating it! Mouthwateringly cheesy and delicious! Great hints of garlic in it that weren’t overpowering. I also felt it’s price was pretty reasonable for the size and quality of it. I was very pleased. I also got a mimosa for about $6, which was a nice complement to it! The Buffalo Chicken Mac that my friend got kind of disappointed him, as it wasn’t as cheesy as mine, although I still thought it was pretty good (but different) than mine when I tried it.
The service was quick, the macaroni was delicious, and the atmosphere clean and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will...
