Googled, called the evening before still has voicemail greeting from Thanksgiving. Website states hours are 8:00am to 7:00pm, closed Monday December 14th reopening Tuesday December 15th, great friends birthday is 15th! We live in Vallejo. Up early there by 9:30, deem lights, looks closed, but I see employee(female) inside. No sign on doors or windows stating Closed. New business hours posted due to pandemic (same on VM greeting) before I could get out man walks up pulls door, locked. Man waves to employee nothing, man waits nothing, he knocks on door again , waits, a few minutes later male employee opens door they have a conversation man walks off. I yell from car (parked right in front) are you open? No, we will open Thursday. I don't know what to tell you to do if you live out of town and want to go 😕.

Betcha didn’t know this location was the Black Panthers first office!! ✊🏿One wall gives you some local history — read up! So, I came here for the sweet potato pies, which taste…yummy…and also very much like pumpkin pie — which was odd (I’m used to a color and texture and flavor difference). The staff was super-friendly, but what with the VERY high prices (a pie is $27.50, about 4x what you’d pay at a local supermarket), the pies appear unaffordable for neighbors in the ‘hood, cuz it was def a wallet stretch for me. Previous reviews of stale products + menu confusion + booshie prices + the constant “Looking for Workers” signs make me worry that we might lose this business 🥺 (Which would suck. Hope things turn around.)

This is one of my happy places based solely on my love of sweet potato pie. I realize that love of sweet potato pie is a very selective thing. Some folks like their pie with nuts or made with lots of butter or sugar or both or maybe neither. I come here because the sweet potato pie is closest to the way my mom made her sweet potato pie. And since my mom is now in heaven I get another happy memory of my mom in every slice of sweet potato pie I purchase here. For the record there are other marvelous looking offerings as well - pecan pie, cakes and even peach cobbler and - but none interest me as much as the sweet potato pie.

Truly disappointed!! First, I inquired about their sweet potato cake on a Friday afternoon which my son was raving about and requested for his first choice birthday cake. I was informed by a staff member they were completely out and I should call back Saturday morning as early as 8:00 am. I called back Saturday and was informed by another staff member sweet potato cakes are special orders and have to be ordered 48 hours in advance. This cake is not an display item and is served by the slice. Really? None of this information was provided, even during a visit to the bakery weeks prior.

Second choice was yellow cake with chocolate frosting, which I was told is a display item and always available. I required two cakes and and I spent $56.00 for both cakes. The cake was horrible 😢 not just one but both. They were dry, frosting hard as a brick, and embarrassed to say the least. The cake was no where near fresh. Folks could not believe the cakes were from It's All Good Bakery for me it was ALL BAD. I called Monday morning to speak with the owner or manager and the business is closed both Monday and Tuesday. I have a sample of the horrible dry cake. I should have followed my first mind and baked them myself, but noooooo trying to support. I am truly...

I bought a slice a cake and it was not fresh! It was webby 🕸 when I forked through it. If cake is webbing, it's SPOILED!!! 😡 Cake is not supposed to be like that and the taste was not fresh and very tasteless!!! When you cut through a cake, its supposed to be a clean cut, not webbed!! I will not return and I want my money back!!! If y'all want fresh cakes, consider going else where bc this place isn't it! 💯 I like supporting black businesses but this is one place I can no longer support!! 💯

And they don't clean their glass cases that the cakes are sitting in either! The cases are foggy and not clear see through as they should be! If u go anywhere else the glass cases are crystal clear and very clean! They also don't even have menus up with prices? But hand writren on preschool paper and taped to the cake cases! 🤦🏽‍♀️Y'all been there too long to not have these things mastered ! Do better and INVEST in your...

I heard so many good things about this bakery over the years. However my experience was a terrible one. My friend went on and on about the wonderful deserts here so I couldn’t wait to finally try them. We went on a Saturday afternoon about an hour before closing so that may be why they had such a limited number of options. He loves their German chocolate cake but since allergic to coconut I would never attempt to try it. The customer service was horrible. The young lady who helped us was clearly unhappy to be there and even less happy to help people. Not only was she far from friendly but she put my banana pudding in a paper bag with no lid which I clearly saw they had so when I tried it once I came home it was a mess. I also ordered a slice of red velvet cake which was dry and tasted like box cake. I would never recommend this place and have no desire...
