They gave my order to some other person and gave me a hard time about seeing a name on my order. It was clearly on my email right at the top. They made a mistake by giving my order to some door dash driver claiming it was picked up already by a driver when I made my order directly on their website for self pick up. My order wasn’t even confirmed ready for pick up yet. I ordered directly on their website for a self pickup, not through a food delivery app. I had to wait even longer. They had another order waiting for pickup. And in the time I was waiting, it had not yet been picked up. That makes me believe they gave the door dash driver the wrong order. Sad to say, it was not a good first time experience. They only apologized after they finished preparing my order again and shared that the mixup happens on door dash all the time. If that was a known issue, then why give me a hard time about my order? I didn’t come home to another order sitting at my door. And after all that waiting, the food wasn’t even that great. The chicken wasn’t juicy and nothing was seasoned well. The only good outcome is that I tried it and know I won’t want to try it again.
