KFC — Restaurant in Oakland

... businesses fighting to keep afloat theese months but KFC in Oakland obviously has no worries about that. After the last two times not being a happy customer going there in person to get some family dinner, just to earn some rolling eyes and attitude, i better be there before 6pm next time (it was one simple bucket meal, not like i ordered for a reunion) i decided to give it one more try but this time online. Ordered about 7, status said delivery about 8:30. After 8:30 we went back online to check on the delivery status just to figure out, order was refunded without any obvious reason. So i called just to hear: sorry we have nothing to do with delivery or payment you need to call where you ordered. Young lady, i ordered at your page, says KFC so it's KFC. "Well we don't have anything to do with this". WHAT?? Now a guy on the phone, so i tell my issue again, twice .... until he just hang up on me, in the middle of the word. We tried to call back several times from different phones with different numbers, they don't even go on the phone anymore. What on earth happen to this place??? My kids racing havoc now, because i offered...

Asked someone to pick up the $20 fillerup meal as seen on TV. It always looks so enticing with hot chicken overflowing in a large bucket. The bucket we received appeared to be half that size and was half empty and that included the four biscuits being inside the bucket. The roasted chicken pieces were from a pullet bird for sure...thought the drum was a wingette! The original was ok but mostly batter! They forgot to give us the cole slawand when we called the mgr who seemed very nice and apologetic said stop back by and we will give it to you plus a small free item....not driving twelve miles for another disappointment! And to top it all off the bill was $25 and change....NO ONE could explain how or why! Nevewr again...

Got KFC for myself and a soda for my coworker today, my other co worker got it delivered through Door Dash, both of us got the famous bowls. Both myself and the coworker I got the soda for were in the bathroom multiple times afterwards, and it continued once I got home as well. The coworker who order and had it delivered had to throw her chicken away because it was raw. I’m assuming, since her chicken was raw, that mine was as well and I have the blessing of either food poisoning or salmonella. You know something is wrong when two separate orders are bad and a soda can make...
