This is actually the first time I have ever written a review, (actually made a gmail account just to do it) but I feel like others should read this before making the same mistake I did.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We bought a sofa from these guys over a half a year ago. During the order we were not told that this was a special order. Turns out that it was, which was fine. We were told that it could take a few months to get this product due to Covid and the supply chain. Okay, I understand. Four months go buy without any communication from GCHF. We finally email only to find out (days later) that we are looking at another few months before we would receive our sofa.

At this time, we requested a cancel of the order. It had already been four months so we wanted a new sofa. We were told that they would have to charge us a restocking fee on something that was never "unstocked" it was an absurd amount of money. So we decided to hang in there and wait. We were told that we would have it in Feb. Feb comes and goes with no emails or phone calls. So again we contact them. Now we are told that it is going to be April as an ETA. That would be 7 months. At this point we tell them just to cancel it! I am done playing this game. Besides all of this, the communication is atrocious, customer service not existent and prices are very high. Please save yourself a half of a year and just got to Eaton Young and have a nice new piece of furniture in...

Grand Central is a filthy store. They have black Mold growing in it that they set their furniture against in attempts to hide from customers. I have seen them taken used mattresses for resale which is totally illegal. I have seen them resell damage furniture for the same price, and they got credited for it. Not to mention, they are horrible to their employees and customers after the fact of them buying furniture. I highly do not recommend buying anything from...

Since I moved into the area I have found the staff at both Grand Central furniture stores to be very helpful and friendly. The quality of the furniture I have purchased there is of excellent quality. Whenever I walk in the door they are always smiling and helping me with whatever I need. One of the staff members even wrote me a nice thank you note for coming in and purchasing furniture.I would highly recommend buying from either of...
