McDonald's — Restaurant in Oakland

So my teens insisted on getting Mc Ds and since they were paying, I said fine. They said the food was great, the fries seemed fresh and overall 5 stars. The employees were super nice and gave my daughter an ice cream since they had no tomatoes. My only rate deducted was because the uncleaned floors in front the soda machine. Yes I know first hand how very aggravating it is to have to keep cleaning up soda spills, but I've worked on fast food at an airport and we wyd constantly cleaning up messes. Absolutely terrible ...I'll never go back to this place again..... terrible employees and terrible food ....the service started with rude lady in drive thru and end up with having to wait on my food for 20minutes outside just for the order to be short and wrong .... they acted like it was inconvenient and impossible to do their job...I spent $47 on my order just for it to be wrong them to be ignorant to me about it ....if you dont like people or your job.... QUIT... unacceptable in my opinion...therefore I'll not be back to that god awful place... little tip... get some new employees because the ones you have...

Worst freaking mcdonalds I've ever been too. The workers are disrespectful, ignorant, mouthy, lazy kids. the managers, including the district manager, are worthless. They would rather be friends with their employees, than management. The food is sloppily made, and never correct. I doordashed for a while and was constantly having to come back to this crap store because of screwed up orders. Overpriced, and under managed. If you can manage to hold your hunger and go somewhere else, anywhere else... do it.... The decision to stop at this restaurant will surely...
