McDonald's — Restaurant in Oakland

Very unprofessional drive through staff at this particular McDonald's a couple nights ago. I arrived here to pick up two orders that were already sent through, paid for and were supposed to be in the works. I arrived about 15 minutes after the orders were sent through. A super long drive thru line, but that's fine, I think to myself, not necessarily the restaurant's fault.

I finally make it to the drive through order box and repeat the info of both orders to the person on speaker, only to have them ask me to repeat it a few times, forgetting the order info after just a few seconds (literally a 3 digit order code.) Then tell me to drive up to the 2nd window. This makes me think they at least bothered to check in the orders, get them ready for when I can get to the 2nd window. I receive texts from one person I'm picking the order up for, asking me why it's taking so long. I take a picture of the line of cars, send it to them and tell them my best guess is they're just busy. After quite some time I make it to the second window, just to nearly be handed the person behind me's meal until they take the time to stop and hear me again about the two prepaid orders. 2nd window person asks me to confirm order numbers again, not giving me enough time to tell them both numbers before running to supposedly check for the order, only to return just a moment later asking me to repeat the 3 digit number they forgot in that span of time. I make sure to tell them, again, that there is a second order I'm picking up, repeating the 3 digit order # for that one multiple times, clearly & slowly in hopes it would help.

Well, come to find out they never made either order! I was then to sit in the drive thru parking space for about 10 more minutes before 2nd window guy came out, with only one of the orders. The second order was of course forgotten again and I had to repeat all the info for it yet again, and wait yet again for the second order. They didn't even bother to put an order # on the first order, thankfully did on the second one, so the food bags I'm not supposed to open for covid safety of the individuals they were going to didn't get scrambled up.

Now, I am by far NOT perfect, and my memory isn't always 100% spot on.

But seriously, to forget a 3 digit number within not even 30 seconds of hearing it, running off to supposedly look for it and then come back just to ask me the # again??? To completely forget to make a prepaid order, not take note at the speaker that I've arrived for them, then try to only give me one of the orders??? And having the person I'm bringing it to asking what's going on over such a simple order there was plenty of padding in time to make and hand to the right person??? I'm seriously worried for you guys developing early Alzheimer's or perhaps being exposed to some neurotoxin/environmental toxin impairing your memory that severely. This is coming from someone who consumes cannabis for medicinal reduction of muscle pain. I really thought I was bad in not remembering some 6 digit# strings to the last digit.

Perhaps seek cognitive training/memory recall help? Or if this was cannabis related, seriously just how much did you have and how strong was it, because it seemed stronger than anything I've...

They always get my order wrong. I don't see how when I always order off the McDonald's app. Yesterday, I specifically went to this location to buy my daughter a happy meal because it said on the app they had the hello kittyXninja turtles toy available .The other two nearby locations said they were out of that toy that's why I chose this one. I understand they run out specific toys but they could have specified that on the app like they did at the other locations I checked. My daughter was so sad when she opened the happy meal box to find an Elio toy. Also, they didn't put cheese on her cheeseburger. I paid extra for the cheese and it wasn't on there. I asked for all fries on the 2nd happy instead of apple slices meal and they gave me apple slices and fries. I asked for no mustard and they put mustard on the burger. Every time I've gone here they always some how get it wrong. They've totally ripped me off before with missing items and it was impossible to communicate with anyone there because most of don't them speak or understand very...

People, avoid this place at all costs.When you order chicken nuggets, they ask you to park on the side and wait for those to be ready, really??? This always happens.Also 2 nights ago there was a hispanic woman with a kinda blonde tinted hair handling the food on the drive-throu,, who’s really rude with her very bad attitude. I think she’s a new employee. Because i been a customer for a long time and never seen her before.
