Not good at all for the second time. The 1st time the two breakfast meals I ordered with orange juice both had black things floating in them. This time I decided to go inside instead of going through drive through well that was a bust as well. Me and my son along with another person before 4 other people showed up which created a line however it was 7:57am and they didn't open until 8am well yeah no they didn't open the inside and the workers was staring at us as they continue to (Asian) sweep the floor take drive through orders and wait to clock in. Never came to address us to let us know that they was running late or nothing just ignoring us. 1 person walked through drive through and got her food. I stood their well after 10min past open time. I decided to go through drive through. I ordered and ask for there to be nothing floating in my drinks this time and the customer service number. The lady who wasn't in uniform and I didn't see a name tag said that it was on the receipt. I believe that she was Samoan as well as the lady who gave me my food. I explained to her about the horrible customer service skills and that it is unfair to be treated this way. Sad to say that if it was an upper class neighborhood that never would have happened. People spend their hard earned money there and don't deserve that type of service that they provided however she apologized but still was very dismissive. By the way the inside still wasn't open when I left the drive through with my order and one of the other customers was trying to place orders through the drive through because they drive those 18 wheeler trucks that wasn't going to fit through the drive through. The customer said thank you to me for speaking up and everything I said was true and that he was definitely in agreement with me.. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.... GET IT TOGETHER. Once it was corrected she read it back twice. Go to the second window, didn’t give us our fries. When we told them, they just shrugged there shoulders and walked off as if we were just gonna “disappear” or something? Finally they said there were no fries, wrong. She then told us “ok u want frie, let me see” (referring to our money). Whatever, so we asked how much. She responds with “I don’t know! $3 something maybe more” ... For FRIES?! Psh. She comes back with and gives us the receipt but no change! We asked how much and she AGAIN yelled, “I don’t know look at ur receipt!” And walked her miserable a* off before we had a chance to even say respond. HOW DO U NOT KNOW?? You’re apparently supposed to be a ‘manager’ (assuming by the shirt she was wearing), First off; Secondly, YOU WERE AT THE REGISTER PUTTING IN THE ORDER! Psh, Incompetent! Read moreI went drive thru and ordered a large unsweet tea but unfortunately I received a sweet tea. I went through the drive thru once again. And I told the lady taking the orders what had happened and she told me to just go to the last window and get the correct tea. When I got there the person working that last window looked confused so I explained to her what happened and asked her if I could get a large unsweet tea. I think there was a bit of a language barrier so she turned around and went and got her supervisor. I told the supervisor what had happened and asked if I could get the correct tea. She turned around and in Spanish, told her employee to give me what I was asking for and then used some profanity to describe me. The employee gave me the correct drink and the supervisor walked away. I then left with my drink. I am fluent in Spanish since it was my first language but for some reason people don't think I speak it. I hope the supervisor eventually reads this because she should be ashamed of insulting me, a paying customer and thinking I wouldn't understand what was being said.
