The food was delicious and comparatively inexpensive. It was tasty, filling, and I felt like I was eating something actually good for me, which is a rare win when ordering delivery. It's not a critique, quite, but the meat is definitely not the star of the show. My BBQ chicken had less than half a chicken breast's worth of meat. I was very happy with my meal.

One thing I was not happy with was the repeated texts asking for feedback. After every single meal you get an automated text asking how they did, and they won't stop even if you ask. Every time you eat there they text you begging for feedback, and there's no way to stop it. They've also expanded into emails asking for feedback, and the link to opt out is broken. They know how to make a decent bowl, but they don't know how to solicit customer feedback without being persistently irritating.

EDIT: Their delivery system is incapable of handling any problems. They thought my dinner had been picked up, and the Uber delivery system thought it hadn't, and after two hours of their customer service "trying to figure it out" they offered me the choice of a refund or an uncertain timeline for eventually receiving food. It's a pity their customer service is so bad. If I can't even trust that it'll reach me then the quality of their food...

I’ve eaten here twice and I personally like it. It’s a good alternative for us when we don’t want to pay expensive prices of sweet greens. The first time I ate here me and my daughter were walking home from the park. The only thing that time was my food was cold, they definitely forgot to reheat the food or not long enough. BUT I enjoyed the flavors so we ordered in through DoorDash. Food still not the hottest (4min drive from us)but my favorite is their cauliflower bowl SO GOOD. Bbq chicken bowl was ok not a big fan of their seasoning but still ok. I hate to say it but I HATE their fries, the seasoning is odd… it’s like a combo of paprika and other similar seasonings but just don’t pair well and is an odd powdery texture. If the seasoning was better it’d be great since they are crispy .

Tried Moon Bowls back in Austin and was excited to see a location out here and ordered delivery from here. Something tasted slightly off, but I assumed it must have been variances in preparation based on different states / locations. Bad call on my part.

My partner has been vomiting/running to the bathroom for the last 6 hours and I’ve recently started getting the same symptoms. Only thing we ate that was the same today was this place so it was 100% the food from here.

We ordered the tofu bowl and cauliflower bowl with a side of chicken. We’ve narrowed it down to either the chicken or the sauces since those were the only similarities between our meals.
