Update 2: "Paid $22 for a Taco Bell salad w/ extra beef, beans & cheese. Instead, they shorted me on everything just because they had a free nachos promo. I ORDERED AFTER HOURS WITH DELIVERY ON A FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN THEIR DOORS ARE CLOSED AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE
And half of the basic included items were missing and half of the items that I added on were missing and the other half came in half quantity!

And so today I have reduced to one star ⭐
I've been a customer for years-and I was spending over $30 consistently with over 20 for just a taco salad 🥗-loaded with a lot of stuff- On a Saturday night they gave me half cheese and they gave me half the meat and cheese on side items
AND ON THE SALAD THEY SKIPPED FIVE ADD-ONS THAT COST MONEY LIKE JALAPENOS AND TOMATOES AND EXTRA RICE AND EXTRA BEANS AND RED SAUCE AND EXTRA CHEESE
IN FACT THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE BASIC BEAMS THAT IT COMES WITH AND IT WAS LESS THAN HALF THE WEIGHT OF A USUAL SALAD I GET AND THAT'S BECAUSE THEY PUT LESS OF EVERYTHING THAT I DID PAY FOR LIKE STEAK AND BEEF AND THEY PUT LESS RICE DOES THE STANDARD AMOUNT ADD LESS LETTUCE 🥬
IT'S LIKE THE PEOPLE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CALORIE CONTENT AND THOUGHT IT HAD TO BE A CERTAIN CALORIE CONTENT BUT WOULD YOU PAY $7 EXTRA YOU'RE PAYING FOR EXTRA CALORIES AND EXTRA PROTEIN!
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT TO BE EATING DINNER AFTER MIDNIGHT SUPER HUNGRY-AND THE TACO BELL THAT YOU TRUST-THAT'S YOU SHOPPED WITH FOR OVER A DECADE
PERHAPS DECIDES THIS IS TIME TO DO COST-CUTTING MEASURES BECAUSE IT'S A SATURDAY NIGHT!
That's what it seems like... Or whoever works there decided that they were going to short everybody but why would they do that? Even the cheese in the little cup that comes with the chips and cheese... That little cardboard cup was only halfway full!
Is this a new way of making money in tough times? It's a good way of losing a regular customer!
I spent over a hundred with these people in the last month and I will not next month! And of course I've spent thousands over time because it's a local store.

A lady working in the front confirmed there was open positions and to apply online she gave me a card with information on it, this was around a week ago near Thursday or Friday. On Monday, yesterday I called and asked to speak to the hiring manager. The lady on the phone told me he won't be in until 3pm and to call in after 3pm . So when it turned 3:30pm I called in again and asked to talk to the hiring manager. She told me he was busy , I explained to her I had just called and the person on the phone told me to call in . So she passes the phone to him , the manager answers the phone in a rude tone of voice asking why I'm calling. I tell politely I called in monday morning to get ahold the hiring manager to see if he/or she has received n viewed my job application and was wonder when would be a good time for an interview. He tells me to come in at 5 pm. So when 5pm comes around, I get over to the location. I then ask the lady in front if I could speak to the hiring manager , she then tells me he's busy. I reply saying he told me to come in at 5. So she advise him that I'm in the fronting waiting for him. He then agrees that he understands. I wait in the front. He then comes out and greets me in Spanish. I explain to him in Spanish, I speak a little Spanish but I speak English well. And he then gives me a ignorant look then starts trying to communicate to me in really broken English. It sounded like he was talking about more subjects then he was meaning to speak. I just came in there to find out if he reviewed my application and when would be a good time for an interview. He then tells me he doesn't understand what is it that I'm saying. He also brings up reasons why he's not hiring regarding he wasn't trying to hire me. I started getting this rude attitude after he understood I didn't speak Spanish . Before he didn't know I'd rather speak English he was calm and collective. The few things that upset me was the looks he was giving me and tone of voice when speaking to someone who's looking for work. All because I spoke no Spanish. Another thing , I've worked at another taco bell in San Ramon,CA I have experience and was actually a really great worker and a fast one as well. I worked by a football stadium so I was dealing 100+ item orders. I left that store because loss of transportation. The manager there spoke Spanish but respected that we spoke English. I Actually work for Taco Bell and they do not uphold our values and standards ....
