I’ve ordered here a lot and today was by far the worst experience I have ever had… I don’t know what kind of hoodoo that got goin on but I don’t like it lol but frfr my order was completely wrong and they said that’s how I ordered it and I know it’s not because I always double and triple check when I’m ordering online..
I ordered vegan ground beef enchiladas with vegan cheese sauce because I hate the chemical taste of the vegan shredded cheese. The cheese sauce was giving cottage cheese.. I pout my fork in it and it was super stiff and cold looking.. the worker tried to justify it simply by sayin that’s how it looks.. I’ve never seen a vegan cheese sauce look that way.
I asked for guacamole as my option instead of sliced avocado.. I got sliced avocado with the avocado peels still on there( worker said oh I’m sure that was an accident) then said it’s not an option online (again hoodoo because it was when I just chose it). Instead of vegan ground beef I ended up with some kind of vegan carne asada that I would have never ordered. Somehow it was on my receipt and she kept making sure to point out the receipt (again hoodoo because I’m very particular). I had to order extra sour scream because I couldn’t find but a slither of it on my plate.
That’s what I get for ordering here but it’s one of the easiest places near me. Visit this place at...
Read moreWe found this place after a google search in the area and are glad we tried it out! I ordered a vegan torta with carne asada, which was delicious and authentic and reminded me of the tortas I grew up eating before becoming vegan. My partner ordered a breakfast burrito that was equally delicious and very filling. We also each got a dessert, the lemon raspberry cake and key lime cheesecake, both of which were delightful treats. We also got a tasty Thai iced tea to wash it all down. We will definitely be back and are excited to try more vegan versions of Mexican favorites and at great prices! Note, we ordered ahead online for pickup, so it was a little confusing finding the place since it operates out of another restaurant called “Ole Ole burrito express,” but the address was the same. Also, there's not a lot of parking in the area, so I had to run in and out for my pickup. While the neighborhood looks a little rough, the restaurant itself seemed clean and quiet and I wouldn’t...

Very good service. Clean, spacious atmosphere. Great price. — But all of that doesn’t matter if the food disappoints.
I went for my first time. I was excited because they had an entire, separate vegan menu with lots of options — including vegan cheeses and sour cream. I ordered one of the burritos - I think it was the “classic.” I was so disappointed. It was overwhelmingly rice. I took several bites hoping to see and taste the refried beans I’d ordered as part of my burrito. They must have added the thinnest layer ever. I could barely see them—and certainly couldn’t taste them.
I ended up throwing it into the compost after a few bites, and going to another restaurant just to get a basic bean & rice burrito that actually had enough beans to make for a nutritious and...
