My go to place for a massage & facial! Shirley, the owner, remembers exactly my issues every time I go (I always have lots of knots in the shoulder areas). She massages it all out, and if needed, will do some quick cupping on my back. The facials are also great- with lots of detailed extractions and then gentle care afterwards. She’ll be honest with you with your problems and offer any other additional peels/masks/products that would help. And they usually do! She also uses a lot of fancy machinery to further amp up the experience- which is great to know she’s up to date on the latest technology.

I had an incredible experience at Shirley’s facial shop. I did Eyebrow Reshaping (where she used a combination of waxing, scissors, and other tools to reshape my brows perfectly to suit my face), as well as a Facial session. Worth mentioning Shirley incorporated a brief but powerful massage while waiting for the face mask to set. When I say powerful, I mean she’s got some serious strength in her hands.....

I have been coming to Beauty Island for over 3 years now. I used to be able to walk to the old location so I was a little bummed they moved, but the new location is lovely, parking is relatively easy, and so convenient to go to the Korean supermarket afterwards.
