Terrible! Came here after I saw it on instagram. The water ice ice cream pretzels are the worst I’ve ever had ! Tell me how do you mess up everything this way ? Like who can’t get a cheese pretzel right? Service was slow and although the staff was nice that was very annoying. Do not waste your time with this place a true catfish!

As I said and I’m editing my review because only someone truly unprofessional would argue with a customer through Google. I gave my honest review. Which I’m entitled to. Your pretzel and water ice sucked! Pretzel was hard as a rock. Cheese was melted and burnt. Mustard didn’t change that. Water ice was watery and tasteless. If you don’t want honest feedback don’t have a business! You aren’t going to intimidate me into doing or saying otherwise. I don’t know who you think you are? I make reviews for places I’ve been to as a local guide. I rarely leave bad ones at that. They’re always truthful and I do it so people can find local places that they like. Very nice young man tried his best to accommodate me and my 4 grandsons. we waited patiently while he came to window to inform us they did not have multiple requested. Items. Then Google said open til 10 i was there at 8, at 815 after several attempts to get what they ordered I was informed my one grandson could not have a milkshake because they don’t make milkshakes an hour before closing. Kind of ghetto. Came all the way up here to try the biscoff ice cream. 1st thing I noticed is the portion sizes for ice cream cups are extremely small for the prices. They are not normal cups for ice cream. They are putting them in small plastic cups that they use for the water ice unless you get a cone. I wanted to try it anyway so i ordered. 2nd thing I noticed is the price I was charged was not the the price on the sign. $8 for about a 6oz plastic cup of ice cream that they call a "large".
