Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Oakville

In my younger years, I had a chicken cheese steak from Pete's Diner almost daily. (South Jersey, just outside of Philly) talk about the heart and soul and birthplace of the cheesesteak. I was told this place would be the closest thing to the real deal. I haven't had one in years, so I ordered quickly. I rushed up there and grabbed it as soon as I could. Meanwhile, I'm telling my daughter these awesome memories surrounding this awesome sandwich. Well, now she's super excited. I drive home like something out of the FnF Tokyo Drift movie. ( but safely ) we both ran inside like it was a race to the table, double or nothing elimination, winner take all. Screw the plates and napkins, I ripped the bag open, got my daughter's food ready first, almost there.. oh man, smells and looks the same as when I was a kid, I can't freaking wait, (I'm pretty sure my mouth was just pouring drool) I rip my bag, take the biggest bite and ohhh man..... this is so amaz...AWFUL.!!!! I spit it out and didn't take another bite. It wasn't even close. I know there are other factors that play here, too, I'm sure. So upsetting. I hope yours is...

Horrible and I will never ever go to that location again. I ordered two sandwiches and they basically made the sandwichs with absolutely zero communication with me as to how I wanted it or what I wanted on my sandwich. The fact that the condiments were free it makes even less sense. To add insult to injury I spent $30 for two so you would've thought the service would've been way better. I do not recommend this location nor will I ever encourage anyone to patronize that location. Absolutely horrendous and as you can see from my comments I'm irate. Had I not swiped my card I would've asked d for a full refund and left. You only get one...

I placed an online order at this location and when I arrived there was people who were placing orders and getting food before me when I was told that my order will be getting made I waited for over 15 minutes and was then asked again what my name was and what my order was I was then frustrated because I had to repeat myself to a worker when I was told that it was being worked on (which it obviously wasn’t ) this location is a disgrace I like the kirkwood Manchester...
