Subway — Restaurant in Oakville

Lady in line asked for veggies on the side. the owner/operator had enough nerve to complain about the cost of the cookie bag to bag the veggies. He kept saying they only get one bag. Then as I was checked out he kept complaining about it while not looking at me or the ladies. They requested something very common, should be no problem. I requested extra Chipotle on my sandwich and he was very stingy only putting a drop more it. A note to the owner. Your meant for owning not working customer service. Nickel and diming your customers will only leave you with out a penny. Also news flash you do not have a proprietary product. It's not like your a mom and pop shop with the best sandwich on the block. There are two other subways that are within a couple miles of you. They always make my sandwich the way I request. Don't be such a deeeoooccckkkk!

My first job was at subway on butler hill. After there I went to a different job and realized I missed working at a subway so I applied and was hired at the telegraph location. The owner is a JOKE. I haven’t worked there since 2016/17 ish. But still. He kept telling me the right amount of things to put on a sandwich even though I have worked at a subway before. He is cheap. He is rude. & he is not someone you want to be employed by. I quit after the first day. He was screaming at me to not put so many toppings on the sandwich (there was BARELY on it anyways) in front of a line of customers. One lady actually stuck up for me and said I was doing a great job and to leave me alone. Thank you btw!! I asked for some more lettuce on my sandwich and the owner said that he couldn't because he can't close the sandwich... I told him it was fine and that to please put some more lettuce because there was barely any on there in the first place. He never put any more lettuce, and asked me if I liked lettuce, which I replied yes, then told me that if I liked lettuce so much then I should get a salad! Feeling the way I did, I tried to report this in the feedback site, but I realized I didn't even get a receipt either.The disrespect I received from that man was something a customer should never experience when going to a service establishment.
