I frequently have less than great experiences here but tonight was the worst. This Zaxby’s often forgets food, sauces, etc. I understand that they close at 10pm, but the experience I had was beyond inexcusable. I placed an order at 9:20 tonight on the app. It told me my order would be ready approximately at 9:35. Upon looking in the lobby when I pulled up at 9:30 and noticing none of the other customers were wearing masks, I chose to go through the drive thru. I didn’t reach the box until approximately 9:50 where I checked in. They informed me that their carbonation wasn’t working, despite me having already paid for carbonated beverages online, and my options were limited. I chose replacement drinks and continued to the window. When I was helped at about 10 there, they pulled me forward with no explanation as to why. I had purchased cookies so I assumed that was the reason. At 10:15, after watching multiple cars behind me leave, I called the store to ask if there was something specific that was holding my order up because I’d been waiting, pulled up, for 15 minutes. I was put on hold, eventually brought my food, and the order was missing two sauces that I had paid $0.25 apiece for, was given a cole slaw instead of the toast that I ordered, the cookies were cold and clearly not the reason my order had been delayed, and the sauces that I’d ordered with my food were not provided correctly (we asked for Nuclear sauce and was provided regular Zax sauce); although I asked for a sandwich without tomatoes and lettuce— both came on my sandwich; I ordered 4 macadamia nut cookies and 2 chocolate chip and was provided 6 chocolate chip cookies. After spending over 40 minutes here waiting and being forgotten about, my order wasn’t even correct. Read moreMY IMPOSSIBLE ZAXBYS VISIT So, I download the app to get their free Traditional Chicken Specialty Sandwich. I also order a 10 piece of wings, extra hot. When I pull up to the window, the fellow can't figure out how to scan to get the free sandwich. He gets a manager. She can't figure it out. Ok, no worries so far, right? Stuff happens.
I tell them I'll just pay cash for the whole order and get the free sandwich another time. I hand them a $20. Then I wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Cars are pulling behind me. The takeout line is going all the way around the store now.
I honk. A lady opens the window. I'm like, "What's up?" She says, we're trying to ring this up. It's been about 10 to 15 minutes so far. She wants to see my phone again to try and scan it. I'm frustrated at this point, I repeat, "I'm paying for the whole order, cash, now." She closes the window.
I wait another 5 minutes. She opens the window. "The order is $20.13. Do you have 13 cents?"
REALLY??!??
I give her a quarter. She opens the window and gives me the reciept and 12 cents. Then she closes the window. And I wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. AND WAIT.
10 to 12 minutes later, a young kid opens the window. "What was your order again?" I facepalm. I tell him.
He closes the window, and I wait. 5 minutes later he gives me my order.
I drive off. I realize I didn't even get my coke that comes with the wings.

Read moreVERY displeased and concerned with l this place! While we were ordering, the girl in the drive through was so incredibly rude- she interrupted my fiancé on five separate occasions. Then, we got to the window, and they got my drink wrong even though we verified it with the girl several times. Then we got our fries, and they came out burnt and with NO seasoning. I don’t mean just not that much, I mean literally none at all. The guy at the window told us he “wasn’t in charge of making them” when my fiancé told him this. He then offered us seasoning, an and we pointed out that they were also burnt so he finally agreed to make us more. Then, he had us pull up and wait 15 minutes for the correct fries. By this point, my fiancé had tried his wings, which were also burnt. AWFUL customer service. The workers were horribly unprofessional and rude the entire time. We did not get any forks either.
