Napolis Pizza — Restaurant in Oakwood

Just had lunch there. They substituted an item on my pizza that I do not like and then the waitress and cooks argued with me that that item was only one they had. They did not fix it nor offer a discount. Instead the waitress blamed the cashier, the cook blamed the waitress and the cashier blamed the cooks. No "I am sorry, let me fix this". The waitress never came back to our table after I complained that my pizza was not right. I told them I would call the owner when I got home and the waitress sarcastically and with attitude said "here, call him" and dialed the phone. I told her I would all him at home but she forced the phone into my hand at the front of the restaurant and insisted I talked then.The owner was the worst at listening to my complaint. He refused to understand at this point my complaint was about how they handled my wrong order. I knew when the waitress was so quick to insist I call him right there it was not only to embarrass me but she seemed to know the owner would take her side no matter what. That attitude of the entire staff and owner was such that they do not care about the customer. I notice everytime I go by there very few patrons are in the restaurant and since they have been opened they almost always have a hiring sign in the window. We noticed this little spot and we were like "Let's give it a go!". So we did and boy were we pleasantly surprised! The food was AMAZING! My wife got a Stromboli (which see raved about!) And I got the Sicilian style pizza. And OH MY GOODNESS! YUM! Now this pizza was the one-size full pizza! HUUUUUGE! And that is NOT AN EXAGGERATION! I could only eat 3 pieces! I had to take the other 3/4 of the pizza home! They have a very delicious, robust pizza sauce. The crust itself was quite thick and flavorful! Actually, just all of it was fantastic! I'm one of those pizza blotters and it did take quite a few napkins to tone down the grease, but that is a small price to pay for the total DELICIOUSNESS of the pizza itself! So gross! We ordered what we usually get which is usually pretty good. Everything was cold, raw, flavorless or actually rotten food. I wish I had taken pictures to show all of this. The bread that came with the salads was cold and RAW on the inside. The calamari was also cold and super tough. The Alfredo sauce had actually gone bad! When we opened the top of the container it actually made the dining room stink with rotten cheese. On top of this the noodles were actually refrigerator cold. The only good thing was my meatball sub but I found a blob of mayonnaise inside the container? Which, obviously, has no place anywhere in a meatball sub. The cheese pizza we got was literally flavorless. It tasted like super cheap cheese that melts like real cheese but has no flavor. We will definitely not be coming back to...
