I go out of my way to visit this particular DD store. The store closer to me...that I drive by every day on Mundy Mill ....has horrible customer service. I gave them multiple opportunities, just in case the people were having a bad day, but they are not interested in "service." I even gave a bad review here, but no response from their manager or the corporate office. Go figure.

So... I will go the extra miles to the Winder Highway store for my coffee fix. Riley takes time to say hello, with a smile!! And if she has time, she will make more time to talk with you and truly show her interest in your day. That is customer sevice! The management at this store should be commended on hiring a person as dedicated as Riley. And I am certain she is not the only valuable, dedicated, nice employee they have at this location. I have had several encounters with Riley at the window, and each time she has been a delight and has brightened my day. Keep up the great job, Riley, and kudos to your manager for seeing your potential. You have a very bright future with the warm, friendly personality you exhibit, so I know you will not be at that window or in that position for very long. But I will see you as long as you are...

I left a review for this location about 9 months ago and for some reason it was deleted. 🤔 I have had issues with this location before but today and yesterday I’ve had more issues. Yesterday, they gave me a breakfast sandwich that was half the price and half the size and I was several miles away when I realized. Today, I ordered a mobile order— a sandwich, hash-browns, a free donut (since it’s Wednesday) and a signature latte. I went to the drive-through, and I was handed a bag of food and told to have a good day. I told him I’m also waiting for a coffee. He left to go get my coffee and brought it back. I drove away and realized they left out the donut so I had to go back through the drive-through and let them know. The girl handed me a doughnut with a terrible attitude. I really have no idea how this location is still in business. The crazy part is that they have so many employees running around in there that I’m not sure how they continue to get everything wrong. This used to be my favorite DnD. I stopped going to the DnD on Spouts Springs because of the thin light skinned dude with glasses. He is the epitome of horrible customer service. Today I go the the one on Winder Highway and guess who’s working their now? Yep, bad service dude. Today I ordered my usual large latte with almond milk via mobile app. I arrive and the order is ready but the cup is dirty. I ask for a new cup. I taste the drink and it is not what I ordered. I go back in the store and this is when I see ole light skinned dude with glasses. I ask if they have changed the brand of almond milk because my large hot latte with almond milk is not sweet at all and didn’t taste like it should. He proceeded to LIE to my face and says it’s definitely made with almond milk because he made it himself. Note, this is the same guy who I have had issues with service and food quality at the DnD on Spouts Springs. Note to the owner. I will never come back as long as this guy is working for you.
