Always nice and clean has very good lighting but for some reason this time winter and summer styles seemed to be all together at least in the sizes that I looked at and I know that it’s particularly the customer’s fault that sizes get mixed together but they didn’t seem like anyone had tended to straighten out those things in quite a few days line’s were long but moved quickly so that wasn’t that bad it just i don’t want to have to look through a bunch of winter clothes when I am shopping for summer so if they either better train the floor associates or get more help as the warmer weather is coming and people will be out shopping for spring and summer finds then they will be in great shape for a even more pleasant...

The job centre inside is very important, friendly and helpful. The "thrift" shop is dirty, the management speaks demeaning at the floor stock people and when I ask for help with finding a size groups, for several years that it's all jumbled, you will just need to keep searching, sorry for the inconvenience. This is not an encouragable way to get me to return. Otherwise, after spending that much time to find a few jeans and some winter clothing, I leave, not appreciating my experience. Staff and store are as expected for a Goodwill. I will no longer donate to them. However. They have prices for used items. That are higher than a clearance or regular price at the stores they come from. They no longer sell donated jewelry in store. Online only.They also, even after raising prices,ask you to "round-up," which I will never do. Their items are already high, and then they penalize their staff if they do not make a quota on that.
