Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Oakwood

We ordered one pizza at 6:30 and were told it would be delivered in 30 minutes, after one hour went by with no pizza we called to check on it and the lady told us she could not find our order, after getting our phone number again she said the driver was on the way and hung up the phone. After another 30 minutes went by I called a second time and asked to cancel our order because it had now been an hour and 30 minutes. The man was extremely rude and first told me they don’t even deliver to our address (even though they have delivered here before and had already told us they would deliver there the two times I had called) second he told me I needed to give the driver another 15 minutes before I canceled. I told him the lady I first spoke with told me it would be 30 minutes for delivery and he told me that was very inaccurate and she should have at least told me one hour. I am all about giving people grace and I am very understanding but he was extremely rude and would not give us a refund. If I could leave zero stars I would. We will...

Deduct 1 star for late delivery. Ordered online at 1:17 PM, delivered at 3:05 PM.

Deduct 1 star for pizza not being but slightly above room temp.

Deduct 1 star for not getting the order right. Ordered half meatball with extra sauce, and half pepperoni. Have a look at the pic; it appears to be a cheese pizza. I paid extra for having extra sauce and didn't get it.

Deduct 1 star because the pizza wasn't fresh tasting. In comparison, I could have had a better tasting pizza from Little Caesars by picking up one of their "Hot and ready" pizzas, at 1/3 of the price!

I called the store and inquired about the pizza being so late. Their excuse was they were swamped and only had one driver that was delivering to 6 places on this trip.

I'm not a harsh critic. I let the facts stand for themselves.

So after totaling up the deductions it leaves my review with 1 star. I won't be ordering from this local store...

When I got there my order was not ready (he said someone had dropped one of my pizzas) so I had to wait a few minutes which was fine then when I walked back to my car I decided to check the boxes and found one pizza was not what I ordered at all. When I went back in they were glad I came back and took it back and put it on the ready to go shelf. I think that's unsanitary especially right now with covid! They then gave me the right pizza and it had olives when I specifically asked for none. I first thought maybe I accidently added them so I check my order and it said I requested to LEAVE OFF olives.
