Even though the food and layout are exceptional there is a huge service issue. A friend of mine was dying to take me for an entire year. We finally went a few days ago. Long story short, we were waited on by the owner (awesome human), but when it came time to pay, a random gal showed up and took our cards. We SIMPLY requested the bill be split evenly with the two beers being placed on my buddies card.

17 minutes she was gone. She came back finally in front of the owner and handed us our receipts. Unfortunately for her my phone notified me that not 1 but 2 charges were made to my account. She messed up the simplest of requests but instead of immediately notifying us, she took it upon herself to refund the card and then...RECHARGE THE CARD. You NEVER run a customers card more than once without their knowledge. And to the fact that she wasn't even going to tell us.

Now I have transactions still pending and who knows when it will be fixed but the moral of this story is, it does not matter the atmosphere or the food, the service is the most important and when you lie and or are dishonest with a customers money, you have failed. Not sure if i will ever return. Wasn't even...

Amazing!!!! My bf and I dined in for the first time last night and enjoyed our whole experience! The atmosphere is very relaxing and has a cute almost tiki bar feel to it by the colors and decor. Our server, I believe her name was Madeline or Madison, was very friendly and informative, making sure to ask us about our dietary needs and if we have allergies. She seemed very well trained and made sure we were getting what we wanted. Our drinks were delicious and I get so excited for unique cocktail menus, and theirs certainly didn't disappoint! I got the Thai Basil margarita, and my bf got their version of a whiskey sour. We shared the spring roll appetizer that was on special, it had pork belly. Omg!!! The flavors were so bomb, and the sauce it came with was perfectly paired!! My bf ordered the curry soup with ribs, and I got Shrimp and tofu phat Thai. Our dishes were so beautiful, and the flavors were so exotic, complex and balanced. The ingredients are fresh, their spices are authentic and we are so looking forward to coming back soon! My bf said that was the best meal he had all year, and we are...

This was very disappointing. We arrived and it was busy so we sat at the bar. We waited over an hour for our food to come out. Lots of other parties who arrived after us received their dishes and finished and left before our food even arrived. No one communicated that the food was running late and we had to ask about our meal after 50 min... when it finally arrived it was all brought out together, our appetizers and main meals. They were variations of cold and hot (temperature wise) like they had set the curry aside for 30 minutes. They forgot the grilled chicken I ordered and that came out immediately? The food was ok. It wasnt the best Thai I've had and while we were kind to the servers and tried to be patient, waiting over an hour for even a brussel sprout appetizer to come is unacceptable. We won't be coming back here. We travel a lot and this might have been the longest I've waited for food ever. Especially with no communication. Sad. There's promise here but can't get past the $ spent for a very...

Updated - Tried again with an Open mind. I was completely surprised. The Gang Hung Ley was Amazing! It wasn't too salty, the pork perfectly cooked, and the peanuts and ginger pulled everything together. It was so good I couldn't believe this was the same restaurant. I'm going to up the rating, just know if it's really bad food you should try again on a different day. --Old Review-- I Ordered Tonight's special. Here is the description -"Thai Grilled Pork Grilled using our Thai charcoal mixed with cucumber, tomatoes, mint, onion and using our signature Gai Yaang sauce." The portion was immensely small (for reference the bowl was 4in wide), it tasted like pure salt and nothing else, and they didn't put in any cucumbers, and only one small cube of tomato. 4 pieces of Pork that were 90% pure fat see the picture. I have a few friends that love this place and I was looking forward to trying it but just wow this was terrible. Edit - Forgot to mention I got carryout. Maybe Dine in makes all the difference.

Every so often you go to place and are wowed. And this is the “wow” place. The food is so good here I want to tell everyone. Be sure to make the drive and try everything in the menu. We had Khao Soi - with Ribs this coconut curry base comes in a large soup bowl with crunchy noodles and soft noodles. The owner came over and recommended that we squeeze fresh lime juice on it. The ribs we were so tender that the meat fell off the bone. Our favorite was Phat Karpov…chili paste, Thai basil, stir fry sauce and garlic. Just amazing. We had a chicken dish, Laap Chiang Mai looked mild and turned out to be a fiery masterpiece. And then Aon , the owner, and chef came out a brought us a complimentary portion of Gangnam Style Lamb. We are still talking about how soon we can come back. Go here!!
