To the person who wrote below that the owner is a horrible person, you do not know my mother. You do not know the amount of work she has put into her shops over the years. You do not know her personally, and how much she cares about each and every one of her customers. The audacity you would have to make such a false claim, is astounding and childish. You are a grown human being who is choosing to hide behind a screen and say awful things about others in order to make yourself feel better. Slow train and The Local are both amazing shops that brings together people from all walks of life, and makes everyone feel good after entering and being in the atmosphere of the shops. I want to apologize for leaving a 1 star review on here yesterday. I had actually visited a competitor of yours after your facility was closed. Your competitor had coffee sleeves with your name printed on them and we were from out of town. When we had a bad experience at your competitor I looked at the cup and left my negative review based on the name listed on the cup. Only later did I realize my mistake. I’m sorry for the incorrect feedback and have since deleted my rating and comment. I did however want to mention it since I found it odd that your competitor was using coffee sleeves with your name printed on them. Best wishes to your establishment as your competitor was very “slow” which was fitting...

Disappointed with my experience. I was the only one waiting, and it took 20 minutes for a latte and a bagel. The latte was great, but the bagel was super disappointing. I love Cleveland Bagel, but this was barely warm (asked for toasted), definitely not fresh, and it had the teeniest scoop of cream cheese on the side. If you've ever been to Cleveland Bagel, they load you up with schmear, and the bagels are hot, fresh, and chewy. I guess that's what I was expecting. I'd probably come back for the coffee, but probably not until it's fully opened. Waiting outside for 20 minutes for a quick stop kind of defeats...
