Definitely won't be back here. We were told up front that food was a 30 min wait due to two large groups that had come in. No big deal as we were at least still able to be seated (4 top for us). However, the waitress (don't think she gave her name, but she has bleach blonde hair) took forever even coming to take our drink order. When we got our food my husband's philly was dry, had no sauce of any sort. I got the Dubliner, but my broccoli, which I think was supposed to be steamed, was raw, had no seasoning, and may have been in the microwave long enough to get lukewarm. I wanted to tell them to replace it, but I never saw the waitress anywhere to tell her. The mushrooms were also only half cooked. I had time to finish the other part of my food plus another 20 mins before she finally came back. I told her about the broccoli and she said she didn't know how to handle that and she'd if I wanted the manager, and I said I did. He came over, I told him about the issues and all he said was he guessed he rushed the food, didn't even really apologize. He asked a couple times if I wanted him to replace it - it was clear we were already done eating - so I said no if he can take something off the bill. When we got the bill I saw he took all of $2 off - they upcharge item swaps for more than that! After we got/paid the checks we sat for another 20 mins talking cause it hadn't been busy in there for a while, and we never saw the waitress again, we never were asked or given refills the whole time. It seems as though you are short staffed as there were only 4 waitresses out and about and at least one was in training (she was very pleasant although noticeably nervous/stressed). We were handed off to another waitress who seemed to be going 100mph and taking control of everything instead of working as a team whether other staff was new or not. It seems you may also be under new management. The manager/cook did not take responsibility for bringing my daughter a rare hamburger when it was meant to be medium well. He blamed it on us ordering it wrong. We also heard staff yelling and arguing back and forth at one another in the kitchen at one point. One family walked out while we were there, multiple orders were delayed or incorrect, and wait time for service was a little long. We will be back, as this night was very out of the ordinary for this establishment. However, I really look forward to experiencing better management and more team work the next time we visit. Out for a meal...one order of surf n turf Friday as advertised took about 45 minutes until the server came back to give me some lame excuse about my food not coming out. Austin G. Could not make it through my meal without a cigarette (very obvious from disappearing and coming back smelling like smoke. Steak was extremely bland and chewy but at this point I was too hungry to care. Grilled shrimp was good but of course right around time for me to pay my bill, all the employees on the floor disappeared for what I assume was a mistake meal (saw waitresses crossing the service alley all munchin on one plate). Atmosphere started great until I realized one of the cooks (dish guy maybe) had his drunk gf sitting at the high top next to me. He even had to bring her in from outside and tell her to sit, stay!
