Hello, it's me again Michelle Arthur. WITH GOOD COMMENTS THIS TIME ☺ We were there 2day (Mar. 19th, around 5-5:15ish.) I've been 2 ur store several times since the last unfortunate situation 2 get smaller orders, they were very good! 😋 My family from out town (my son & his wife) are here. I decided to stop by & get the special order you layed out 4 me. (Confident) In addition 2 that order, we ordered 2) 10pc meals & 4 large drinks. The Lemonade is yummie. ☺ Our food was absolutely PHENOMENAL! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 MY son asked, "MA is this the same place we got them b4?" I said 😋 Yes honey! He said, "these are way better than b4!" Every1 is very pleased. THANK U SO MUCH! Oh, A FEW MORE DETAILS..... The staff was very friendly, patient & professional whenever I called 2 say my name was in the book. She told me how long it would be, it was indeed hot & ready whenever we arrived. [💞I have a broken arm with a steel rod in. Just took it out of a sling. So still tender & painful.] "Your employees boxed up my food & drinks, carried it all 2 my car 4 me with a SMILE! That wasn't in their job description, however it was heartfelt & kind of her 2 do that 4 me. 💕 I so appreciate you all. 💕 We will definitely Continue patronizing & recommending CRUNCHIES & MUNCHIES. I recently stopped by Crunchies & Munchies, Inc., and it was hands-down one of the best takeout experiences I’ve had in a while! The staff were incredibly friendly and quick, making the whole process smooth and easy. I ordered the chicken wings—tossed in their signature hot garlic sauce—and they were perfection: crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor that had just the right kick. Paired with their golden, seasoned fries, it was a meal that hit all the right spots.

Walk in Monday night. Girl talking to her boyfriend barked at my friend and I to get out. We recoiled from her tone. She said we only take orders through the drive thru. I asked if I could look at the menu on the wall to figure out what I wanted. She barked no again and said everything is through the drive thru. OK, can I get a menu. No, of course. Went to drive thru ( no customers are there by the way) I asked to look at a menu. She said I had to go online or call. I asked for the number and she snidely said it is right there, pointing to a piece of paper on the window. I pull out my phone and started to enter their number and she interrupted me and said I had to move because a car was driving in.
