I ordered through the drive through and when I returned home I broke my sandwich apart and it was completely raw in the middle. I took a drive back to the store to resolve the issue. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone for about 5 mins. Someone walks to the counter didn’t greet or say hello or anything… I stated that my burger was raw. She took the bag, no words exchanged on what I would like to do, if I needed a refund just me standing there. She goes over to a man who I find out later is Austin the asst manager. she throws the burger away no one comes back to say anything I stand there until another patrons walks in and Austin flys to the counter greeting the customer and her small child with nuggets and something else. Not a single word to the customer who came about her raw burger. I take a seat, after 5-10 mins I go back to the counter and Austin says oh we are making another burger, I tell him I do not want another burger. He says well it’s already in the process of being made. Sir I don’t want to take the risk of getting another raw burger. Oh I made sure that it wasn’t. Austin didn’t go to the back to check anything, he then said do you want a refund for the whole thing, yes I do. He then says swipe your card, I didn’t pay with a card. I paid 21.03 in cash. Austin gets some volume in his voice and I let Austin know there is no need to raise his voice. Austin tells me he knows what he is doing after I let him know the PROPER thing to do as a manager is to one acknowledge the customer then ask how you are able to resolve the issue, what form of payment the customer used and if they would like a refund or their food made over or another option. Austin was very confrontational, and made it seem as if I was the aggressor. I stated if you did know what you were doing I would not be in here about a raw burger. As a manager this is your staff your responsibility and it falls on you. Austin wanted me out of his store but was moving like frozen molasses “IM GOING TO HAVE TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE!!” Austin the faster you process the refund that I paid with cash the faster I will leave. It is very disappointing to be treated in this manner you can greet others with a smile and respect and I get the lack of common respect from a mistake your staff made under your supervision? Austin you are unaware I have worked in management myself and you lack the qualities of a manger that is willing to treat others with respect or is it you pick and choose who gets that? Very...
Read moreThis store used to be very pretty, in terms of to look at and customer service. But now, the drive-through is atrocious. Whenever you try to speak to the person on the other end, they constantly complain about you being too quiet, even though you’re basically screaming into the speaker itself. And they have promotions that they do not honor, I tried using my mobile app for a discount and free fry. And they still charged me full price for my meal? How does that make sense? I put it as two separate orders as well, so to make sure that it doesn’t mess anything up in the app. My fries were not salted at all when I got them, so what was the point of the free fries. you just gave me basically a somewhat cooked potato. The chicken nuggets that I gave my daughter were somehow slightly cold? How do you do that with something that you drop into a deep fryer, so either those chicken nuggets were out for a while, or somebody lifted them too early. and that’s not even getting of other things that the store needs to work on. I remember when I used to live at my mom‘s house in high school, and I was working at this McDonald’s, and these issues were prominent back then as well. And nothing has really changed. That’s disappointing, it’s been about 10 years now. I finally have to make a Google review because of how disappointed I am...

let me describe how a McDonald's experience should be...
First thing, Is that you drive up to order at the box, and expect a nice friendly greeting voice (IN THIS CASE IS SOUNDED LIKE THEY HATED THEIR JOB) and you place your order. Say, in this situation You ordered 4 grilled chicken snack wraps(extra ranch) and a MEDIUM FRY. Then they give you your total. Next, you drive around to the pay window where you expect to see everyone hard working in the back ground. (But instead you see someone just playing around and being loud, taking the window ladies attention off me the customer) so the window ladie hands your card back to you and your off too the next window. So, now your at the food window. Where you get greated again and handed your food and your on your way. (in this case i was informed i had to wait on chicken) so. You pull up and wait (15min) for them to bring you your food. And you start thinking about the taste and the fries. Now, you finally get your food and drive off. Any normal person the first thing they reach into their bag to get is some fries. but...
