The day shift crew are awesome. The night shift crew however are lacking. I had a mishap on my coffee 10/9/20 and called to let them know. The gentleman I spoke with was more than happy to correct the issue. So I returned 10/10/20 with my slip from the previous order to give to the crew so they'd know what I had ordered. The night shift manager quickly came in did something at the register told me ok then took my slip and tossed it in the trash. After waiting 10 minutes watching people being rang up and drinks made for them, I politely asked the cashier if my order had been missed. He turned and asked the dark haired heavier set lady with the pony tail. She bluntly told me they have a lot of drinks ahead of me and my order would be up shortly. Meanwhile I continue to watch people be cashed out at the register and get their coffees and leave. After standing there about 15 more minutes, the drive through clears out and the inside of the store clears out. Then a younger lady walks up and politely apologizes and says I'm sorry what was your drink. I'm furious by then, not at her but at the other lady for spitefully ignoring me and waiting until there was no one to be waited on but me to address my order. This is very unprofessional especially when it was a previous mess up. I will be contacting the day shift manager and the district manager to let them know how unprofessional she was. I am a brand new customer and have only been going there in the past three weeks and this was the first time I'd had my coffee messed up and to be treated that way is unacceptable. My advice go...
Read moreYesterday I went through the drive thru at this Starbucks location and asked for an iced cappuccino with caramel and was told they can’t make that. Then I asked for a Java Chip Frappe and was told they didn’t have Java Chips. I ended up not getting a drink, but my fiancé and I ordered a couple of food items and her drink. When we got to the window the total was $24.45. We handed them a fresh, out of the box, $25 Vanilla Visa Gift Card to cover the total cost of the transaction. The helpless employee at the window said that it’s only charging $20 on the Vanilla Visa Gift Card and that we needed to cover the remaining $4.45 on another card. We put the remaining balance on my fiancés debit card and drove off. When we got to work, she checked the balance on both cards and saw they charged $24.00 on the Vanilla Visa Gift Card and also charged us the additional $4.45 on our debit card. We went there this morning, presented both card statements, and the receipt and were told that the receipt is right, what we were showing them was wrong, and that there’s nothing they could do. We left angry and called corporate Starbucks. They told us that unless we used the Starbucks App to pay, they can’t refund us the money and that they can only file a report to the manager of the store.
Long story short, I’m done going to this location and Dunkin’ Donuts and E Silver Springs will be getting a whole lot more of my business.

Read moreThe short story, I was publicly humiliated by Gracie for only wanting to compliment the barista. I've been going to this location for every other day for years, so much so that they all know my name and order. I stopped going the past few months due to staff changes, and they made our drinks horribly, but I never came to leave a bad review for it. But now it's warranted. I got my drink through the drive through and it tasted fantastic, no problems there. It tasted so good so I wanted to go in and personally compliment the barista on how great they made it. So I ask the childishly pigtailed GRACIE who made my drink just a few minutes before. She was extremely rude, loudly proclaiming they never made a Java Chip Frappuccino recently. She was acting insane, getting the others to agree with her that they didn't make my drink, making a ridiculous scene for no reason at all. It was completely uncalled for, embarrassing me in front of all the customers like that. So that's it for me, enough of this place. They were getting a lot of money out of me. I would like to personally say to Gracie to take your meds before work, or get checked out.
