I have been dealing with value pawn for many years I have never had any issues with anyone until today. Everyone that works there is super nice and very helpful. .....with the exception of Tracey. Today she proceeded to lecture me on how it is my responsibility to make my payment. Duh! I asked her not to lecture me as I know what the policies are. She was very short with me and said I should make my payment on line if I can't get through on the phone. I explained that I don't want to do that and that I have been doing this for years. She said, " so you would rather give s complete stranger your credit card number over the phone?," I said that I trust value pawn and have for years. She got annoyed because she had to call me back once the credit card machine was working. Once the transaction was completed, I asked for the confirmation number. Tracy said there was no number to give me and why I have confirmation/transaction numbers from my past credit card payments is mystery. I then said, well I have the numbers documented from years of payments. So, are all the other employees lying to me or am I a liar? ....I said to her. She once again lectured me in a nasty tone on how it's my responsibility to make my payments. She totally insulted my intelligence. I am probably old enough to be her mother. I have lived overseas for many years. I speak a foreign language. I have a lot of work experience including years of customer service. I don't care if she has worked there for 9 years.....her customer service skills are horrible. She could use some training. If you go to value pawn, deal with anyone except Tracy. ....unless you want to be belittled and insulted. I have never had any issues with anyone there. Why she decided to be nasty is beyond me. I credit card payment only takes a minute or two. What's the big deal? That is what she gets paid to do. Does she expect a paycheck for not...

I just got off the phone with Kellie and she was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond for me with multiple items, she was so nice and professional about everything because I know it took her a lot of extra time and effort to find all my items but she did it with pleasure, she was so nice and respectful about everything. She explained everything in great detail, and was an absolute God sent! I could keep on going on about how great and professional she is! Value Pawn, you have an amazing employee with Kellie, give her a raise, and hang onto that woman because she's the perfect person you want representing your company! I've been in and out of the hospital with me and my mom and all this stuff slipped my mind and I got behind and was so worried about everything but Kellie went above and beyond for me, found all of my items, and made sure that I was paid up on everything and that all my items were accounted for. I know that was a lot of work for her first thing this morning and I felt so bad that she had to do all of that but she went out of her way for me and I truly couldn't be more thankful for her and all of her help! Kellie is an amazing employee and an even better person! i have dealt with Value Pawn multiple times and it's the only pawn shop I'll use. All the employees are great, they work with you and help you, and I'm so grateful that Kellie answered my phone call because she was incredible and I couldn't think of anything she could've done better! Kellie is amazing, thank you Kellie so so much for all of your amazing...

Not even worth 1 star . We bought na beautiful almost 3 carat wedding set for 3475.00 . Well everyone let me warn you never to do business with this shady pawn shop at least when your.buying jewelry or diamonds from them . Make sure here if you do bring in your own diamo?nd testing device . I just moved from Florida to Georgia and I had to take a loan out because we where Nina pinch and the jeweler n said I am sorry nsir this set isn't worth anything , I said what do you mean ? He has the latest in diamond testing devices and his tester said not a diamond in the Center stone and 2 of the side diamonds are not real as well . They are not even Lab created or Mossionite but they are made of glass or CZ ! Heade my warning please go to Walt's or Cash America nPawn . I will be following up with the BBB of Ocala . I would even be willing to settle for 1/2 of my money back but the manager I spoke with by the name of Julie won't even do that and said we test all of our diamonds when we get them in , apparently honey you don't because the day we left Florida we came and picked up the rings after getting nanvery small loan on them . And to be honest nJulie you should be demoted for avoiding my Husband Joseph's phone call and having your employees lie for you and say your not in when you where there . You are a great role model...
