Wawa, in general, is one of my absolute favorite chains. So it pains me to write that this location is not just the worst Wawa I've been to, but one of the worst convenience stores in general. Every time I've been here, there's been an issue. The biggest gripe is the service. The past 2 times I've been in, most of their electronic menus were stuck in a "booting up" status, which caused a line behind the working one. Then, the girl that works night shift doesn't seem to care at all about her job. I've seen this twice with her. She moves with zero sense of urgency, leaves food in the ovens and other employees have to take food out when it starts smoking and beeping, while she goes in the back (within sight of customers) and talks on her cell phone. I waited at least 20 minutes for a panini, which was slightly burnt, when there was hardly anyone else waiting. The lesser, but still important issues, were the bathrooms were a mess and out of toilet paper, one of the 2 self checkout registers was out of commission due to running out of receipt paper, and limited menu availability. Read moreI'm leaving one star because the guy at the register was actually the only person with proper customer service in here as I walked in to choose what I'd like to purchase another customer was patiently waiting at the sandwich counter as the girl back there had small talk with what seemed to be a regular as the woman grew impatient she then shes "hellooo!" And the attendant behind the sandwich bar then went over and rudely gave her her order then continued to storm into the back area cursing and mimicking the customer them coming back behind the counter continuing to rant about the woman who made her so upset making quite the scene so other customers could hear. My point is you work in customer service right off the i75 you have to expect fatigued drivers that are snappy or hangry people coming in it's what you signed up for when you submitted your application. I'm not saying you can't get angry or frustrated but professionally go on your 15 minute break and brush it off or if you're going to vent to your coworkers do it privately otherwise find employment elsewhere not having to deal...
