Came in around 1:30 and just now left at 2:30. Ordered a wimpy Traditional wing meal. Cashier even repeated it back to me. She rung it in incorrectly as boneless wings. I cannot eat boneless wings as the breading is too much for my stomach to handle. I will be sick for days if I eat that. Not an issue normally. But when I got my food, noticed it was incorrect, and got the cashier's attention about it, she argued that I told her boneless wings. Once I said "I said traditional. You even repeated the order back to me. You put it in wrong. For health reasons, I would not order boneless wings." She got an attitude, said something under he breath, and asked the kitchen to fix it. Not to mention that while we were waiting (45 minutes for 2 orders mind you) for our food, she was standing there correcting her coworkers on basic things as if she knew everything. She even passive aggressively clapped for one if them for pouring lemonade in the frozen drink system without spilling it. I wouldn't be making this review if weren't for her attitude specifically. I've worked in customer service and food service for over a decade. Customer service of any kind takes a certain personality, and this woman does not have it. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. We pulled off the highway for a late lunch after traveling. This was Sunday, March 23rd from 2-3pm. When we pulled up to the speaker, we sat there for 5 minutes until the lady finally came on and took our order. My husband kept saying we should leave. I insisted to wait it out a little longer as we were already there. After finally putting our order in, we waited 15 min for our food. Definitely not "fast food." No one was even inside of the restaurant so it's not like it was busy. Two cars behind us in line actually ended up leaving without their order. After waiting 15 min, my husband went inside to see what's up. When he brought the food out to the car, it wasn't even our entire order lol They forgot items and the items they did bag, had greasy fingerprints and scattered food all over. It was disgusting. He went back inside with it to give back, and asked for a refund. They gave the refund, but couldn't print the receipt because "their receipt machine was broken." I asked my husband if they even apologized or gave a reason why the wait was so long. He said nope, nothing. They didn't care. Extremely poor customer service....
Read moreI ordered food for my family using the Zaxbys app, the total came out to about $45 and told me that the food would be ready at 11:30. I arrived before 11:30 and went into my email and confirmed that I had arrived and put in my cars info. Nobody ever came out to my car and I had waited over 15min for my food that was supposed to ready at 11:30. When I went inside the cashier didn’t even know they had curbside and the manager started to tell me that it was my fault nobody brought my food to me because I didn’t call the store. Why should I have to call the store when I already put all my info in through the app? And why is a manager trying to push the blame on me? Well I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just told her to maybe hang a sign or disable the curbside option in the app. Rudely she responded “I’ll talk to them about that” and left. When I got home I found out that my order was missing 2 chicken fingers per meal and was skimpy on the fries that I payed extra for.
