I usually go evenings. There's a couple of creepy homeless people who spoil it for the cool homeless people there. There's one regular homeless guy that doesn't have crazy eyes and acts respectful and courteous if he's around, I'm not pre-planning my first move to kill my attacker 😁
A couple of the girls handling the register are cool and follow the signage about the cash discount. I also found myself questioning one lady at the register who charged me the credit card surcharge for my cash purchase.
Absolutely DO NOT expect your guacamole to be fresh and not gross. The last time I went, I decided to get the rolled tacos with the guacamole. Grotesque was the simplest word I could think of. Actually, since then, I have made numerous decisions to go elsewhere (usually in-n-out). I'm sure I will go back, but it has been two dozen trips for fast food since the guacamole incident. The friend who was with me when I bought it had mentioned that he will never go there again.
The beef tacos are worth writing home about and I have brought friends and family...

This restaurant is spot on with flavors, options/entrees, and prices. It offers many authentic Mexican food dishes but with a drive-thru! That means that there are no dine-in capabilities as most patrons use the drive-thru to order their food. There is, however, a walkup window (not drive-thru) and order food and eat at their outdoor seating area. The flavors and options at this restaurant are amazing. From the nachos, to the horchata, it is all really good. The pricing is equal to what you get in terms of portions and flavor, I overall have to say that the pricing is perfect! My biggest caveat to this place is that it can take up to 15 – 20 mins for your food to be ready once you place your order. Not a big gripe for me since I would rather them make my food at the time of order vs having food sit under a heat lamp.
Overall, if you are ever battling to choose Taco Bell or Albertos…. Go with Albertos- especially if you have the time to sit and...
Read moreThis place catches your eye while you are driving down Mission. It's a bright red store front and it has an unusual feature, two drive through lanes, one on the passenger side of the car and one on the driver side. Few cars seem to use the passenger side. It gets really busy in the early evening and the service has always been fast. You can park and walk up and order at a window and there are a few tables outside. No inside walkup or seating. I have ordered the taquitos, combo meals with tacos and enchiladas. Even though the combo lists cheese enchiladas, they will do beef ones in the combo. The food has been good and the combos are a reasonable price. They do charge extra if you pay using a debit card. The meals have never been bland and the portions are good. This is my number one Mexican drive thru...
