Ordered 1 shaken iced espresso, 2 orders of egg bites, a protein box, 3 bagels (2 with cream cheese, 1 with butter). The iced espresso lacked color so asked them to remake it. When we went to go sit down outside, they had given us 3 bagels with cream cheese so I went and told them that we didn't get butter for 1 of the bagels.
They gave me butter but the butter was rock solid frozen. I asked them to warm up the butter they said they couldn't warm it up - that i understood.
Then Isaac (who was handling the drive-thru) came over to talk to me and I asked if I can bring the bagel back, so they can make me a warm bagel and put the butter packet in between so it gives the butter time to melt. Isaac responded "we dont give out free bagels". I told him that I wasn't asking for anyyhing free and I would return the other bagel in place of the warm one. He then suggested I rub the butter packet in my hand to melt it because he was refusing to replace the bagel and make the order right. I told him this was an odd solution to provide to a customer. He then asked if he can rub the butter in his hands to melt it for me. I told him that this was unsanitary and inappropriate.
There was a customer that I do not know that stepped in and spoke up. He told the workers that what they are doing to me is wrong and they need to make this right.
Then Christian who is the supervisor on duty came over and I explained my situation again. He finally (after a 10 minute ordeal) got a new warm bagel WITH butter. I was with my husband and 3 daughters. That particular bagel was for my daughter who cannot eat cream cheese due to a certain enzyme.
Needless to say, our breakfast was ruined by this petty location. Not only will I never return but what a shame that this was over BUTTER. Embarrassing and unprofessional, Starbucks. I will NOT...

It melts the cake pops because they put it right up against all our hot food and leave it sitting in the bag melting away while they take their time taking the next order instead of handing it off right away. $3.45 just to have all the frosting melted off is ridiculous.
IF they give any napkins at all it’s max 1 single ply napkin per food item. Not nearly enough for a $20+ in-car meal with kids.
Doesn’t matter what size ice water you ask for, they give you a tall (their smallest size possible for an iced drink).
For a premium product like Starbucks, you’d think they could give the tiniest bit of effort to ensure the items you order and pay for are handed off in the condition they’re bagged in and actually deliver the size ice water that is asked for repeatedly.
