They made my order incorrectly after I ordered and paid cash thru drive thru. I drive for a living and cannot keep food in my car that smells overpowering. I called 5 times and no one answered, nor could I leave a message. I went back 4 hours later to explain this and that I had to get a sandwich somewhere else because I was really hungry and needed to eat but I couldn't eat what they prepared.
As the shift leader was refunding my money. Another shift leader walked up on him and corrected him in front of me, the customer, showed his anger and frustration towards the shift leader that was refunding my money, and then turned his frustration towards me. I attempted to explain further all that unprofessional man did was shake his head, give me a dirty look, and walk away.
He had no response to the fact that I attempted to call and tried to show him on my phone. He wouldn't even hear it.
I was actually going back to that location as this is the 1st time this has happened, and I really dislike mayonnaise. It makes me nauseous. That's why I couldn't even consider the food for any meal ....
I suppose this was a sign that I need to go somewhere else.... which at first impression I didn't feel that way. ....Until the other shift leader, Mgr showed how u professional, rude and curt he could be and so much to the point that he reacted the way he did......
I really liked that Carl's jr.... until now

Read moreThis location can never correctly complete my order. Once I came in and they missed 1 soda and two fries from my 6 combo meals ordered. When I realized I called to let them know I was coming back mid conversation they hung up on me and acted bothered when I arrived. Today I went in and ordered four combos my receipt was correct so how did they still mess up my meal when it’s correctly up on the screens. I overheard the employees tell each other just cheese and I thought they were talking about a drive through order not realizing it was mine. How are they relying on each others words instead of checking the screens to make sure it’s correct. If the employee had looked at the screen they wouldn’t have messed up my order this time. Yet I asked for two california classic combos and they made one completely plain and one with the ingredients we asked to take off. Do they not check the screens to make sure it’s correct. Absolutely hate this location they can never get anything right it’s as if they don’t get properly trained to do the job. Read moreTLDR: don’t go to this location! Hey district manager PLEASE do something about the employees at this location, because you seriously have a problem. Today’s visit was indicative of the poor quality employees and/or training that this location has. The doors were locked for dine-in there was no visible signage and a red shirt employee walked right by my mother and I and completely ignored us as we were trying to clearly get her attention as we were confused with the hours of operation/ the dine-in option. She ignored us at the POS-looked at us but did not acknowledge us and as she walked past the doors. Maybe you need new employees. Maybe you need better training. Also DM if you’re also managing the El Camino location in Carlsbad I would probably interview that manager and employees as to what works in their store because the ladies there are absolutely fantastic and actually look like they care about their job and...
