The customer service at this target I had received is by far the worst out of my target shopping experiences. There are nice staffs but that was like only two helps with smiles for the past year. Target was basically my favorite store, I would spend times just walking around when I have time to spend. But this store, I don’t know who is training these staffs, zero greeting, most of the staffs around the store are just chatting even if you are like 5ft away from them. Me and my boyfriend wanted to get an item from one of the locked shelves that was pretty closed to the register at the electronics department. We waved at them for a few times but they were definitely too busy talking to each other and seemed to never noticed us. So we stood there for a bit longer bc some other customers just walked up to them. We waved at them again but again all three of them just had to talk and walked to the Nintendo section to put back some items together. Finally after they walked back to the counter and one of them noticed us. That was like 5 mins wait in total.....Not to mention when we had some questions about the reward system, the staff who was helping us doesn’t seem to know anything about it and the other staffs were still too busy chatting. I would still go to target for their products... but maybe not...
Read moreI was looking for a Christmas tree and went to 2 stores and looked for it online with no luck. I stopped in at this Target on my way home from a late Thanksgiving with my son and fiancé. I spoke to 2 people that I’m sorry I didn’t get their names one from the electronic depart. he helped me look for it, And the other from the children clothing she went to find me a manager. I was offered help from Ashley which I believe was a team lead. Ashley looked up the item number and it showed not available anywhere but possibly 1 in a container. She offered to go look, at this point I was just hoping to purchase the display. Sure enough Ashley came walking around the corner with the 1 last tree, this really made my day as we recently moved and have very limited space and really wanted the feel of Christmas. Please know your team has fantastic customer service and never made me feel they were to busy to assist me on this mission I was one. Thank you, and Merry Christmas Bonnie...
Read moreI was made to wait for an extended period of time while the cashier chatted with the two individuals in front of me who were also employees. Their purchase was complete but they continued to discuss a their likes/dislikes of a particular food and the recipe that one of them wanted to make and bring in the next day. At no time did the cashier glance my way, smile or even acknowledge me; let alone share that she wanted to finish her conversation before checking me out. I believe she was fully aware that I was there and waiting, but she had no desire to address me until she was finished catching up with her friends. It typically doesn't bother me because employees are people too and should be able to have conversations, but the intentional way that she ignored me was very off-putting.
